I must say I’ve always been a loyal customer to auntie Anne’s and never had any problems when I purchase elsewhere today I see wasn’t the day to buy because the cinnamon bites I was giving was pretty hard to where my tooth is hurting me if I didn’t have to get on the train to work I would’ve brought the item I got back !!! Please check your food before giving it to someone
Hard stale pretzel at 11:30 in the morning. The girl also seemed annoyed that she had to wait on me. Used to be better when they had the kiosk near the tracks. Also don’t bother asking for a flavored pretzel as they just dump it into the bag and not even on the pretzel. Don’t waste $8 on this

Got in line behind a woman at the “LINE STARTS HERE” sign. She was called up to be helped and her order taken. During this time while I was waiting to be next, a new line formed on the other side of the counter. When it was my turn, the employee told me I had to go “to the end of the line” and pointed to the new line. I told her I was in line and I was next, and she just stared at me blankly. So I left.
