One of the greatest displays of culinary maximalism I have ever tasted. I had no idea what to expect when my wife booked a meal for us here, but I was pleasantly surprised at every turn. I guess I shouldn't be, because a handful of the most exciting Michelin starred restaurants in New York right now are Korean joints and I've never had a bad experience at any of them... but this one really stood apart and I think it might just be my new favourite.
