Man do I wish I could have packed this place in my suitcase. I’m now a Bagel-stan cause of them. Their bagels were delicious as was their cream cheese. We definitely made it a point to visit this place one more time before catching our flight home. So glad I stumbled on this place when looking for bagel places.

Called in whilst visiting NYC. Younger girl working was unhelpful and rude after some confusion with our order. We left empty handed despite paying. Wouldn’t return unfortunately - left a sour taste on our trip on what was our last meal before heading to the airport.

I love this place, eat here all the time, but had a terrible experience with the manager of the Manhattan location (Leann) and because of that I will never spend another dollar here.I purchased online at the wrong bagel pub while at the correct location. I called within 5 minutes to rectify the problem upon realizing, and she refused to give me a refund, stated "it is not our fault" AND then hung up on me. If this is how she treats customers, she needs to be fired.

I went to Bagel Pub on 3/15 at 8am upon entering I noticed very nice display of all the cream cheeses so placed my order at the counter and then asked an older man where the bathroom was, That’s where it goes downhill :he did not answer verbally he just pointed his finger in the direction of the bathroom. I had to come back to ask the man if there was a code and he was very rude and said don’t bother him he was to busy! He also said some profanity in Spanish thinking I wouldn’t understand, but I am Latina as well. I was shocked at his response and told him “if you would have used your words when I asked you the first time you could have told me the code! The manager saw that I was having a verbal confrontation with the man and did not approach to ask what was the problem. A young blonde lady that was at the register approached me and ask what happen and I explained that the customer service was lacking and if a customer ask a question the response should not be how that aman responded. I also noticed that the bathroom code is written on a little piece of paper that doesn’t say it’s the bathroom code. It’s unfortunate that this establishment has staff that does not represent them well! And will loose customers for BAD customer service. My experience with the staff was horrible so it took away from enjoying the food that purchased!

Went here as part of a food tour, and liked it the most out of the locations I went to, so much so I went on my own two more times during my stay! The bagels are larger than others yet soft and tasty on the inside, and they have a large selection of spread to compliment the bagels as you desire. They have other non-bagel foods but I have yet to try those.
The best part about this place is the name. There's an incredible selection of cream cheeses and bagels, but when they come together the taste is nothing to write home about it. We ordered a bagel with lox and cream cheese, and by the time we ate it was like melted soup between two pieces of dough. Not the most appetizing I've seen. They can do better.

Why when I order a pumpernickel everything do I get a plain bagel which can be gotten anywhere? Took an earlier train just to get this particular bagel. Very disappointed in your service. Seems I need to watch very carefully. 7th ave at 29
