Small spot compared to its other locations. We were there around 3pm and they were out of few flavors. Tried red velvet, pancake chocolate chip, tie dye and triple fudge. All were amazing. They were fresh almost for a week without putting them in the fridge(winter days though). Definitely gonna try few more. One less star for not having all the flavors.

This company does not even know how to accept their own gift cards!We have always loved Baked by Melissa - the tiny cupcakes are just fun. Warning to all - never purchase gift cards from them. I was given a gift card to go in and purchase some for a treat (live in NYC). I went into the store - they didn't know how to use the gift card, kept trying to say it was a discount code (I had the email saying it was a $50 gift card). Spent 30 minutes in the store while they tried to figure it out - they still didn't know what to do, were trying to work through it with corporate - but NOTHING, so I left. While trying to figure out how to use the gift card, the cashier activated it - so when I then tried to use the code online, it said it was no longer valid. Emailed and called corporate to try and get a refund for the gift card - no response. Extremely poor customer service - will stick to other places for cupcakes from now on.As of 9/8 - they have STILL not been in contact - I've emailed them TWICE and there has been ZERO response from customer service.Horrible company. Don't give them your money.

Do not waste your time or money ordering from these people. I ordered a bunch of Christmas gifts for staff located in Pennsylvania, but they shipped it all to the corporate office in Michigan on 12/20, because that was the billing address. Finally got through to someone and they promised to ship them again to Pennsylvania and they'd arrive by 1:00 p.m. on 12/21. It's almost 4:00 p.m. on 12/22, we're closed tomorrow, and NOTHING HAS ARRIVED, AND WE CAN'T GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE!!!!

Was much better when you could actually pick which cupcakes you wanted instead of being forced to by a pack of every flavor. I can't eat chocolate so getting an entire pack with half of them chocolate is a waste but they wouldn't let me pick my own flavors.

No longer can you select what you want. Everything is prepackaged in mixtures they create, and frankly it just didn't taste that fresh anymore.

Used to be my go-to for gifting and taking my little cousins to pick out flavors but the pre sealed overpriced packs that usually aren’t sold in less than quantities of 12 these days has changed the experience of this place. Hopefully they revert back to their old business model because there’s nothing appealing about shipping here anymore

I have no idea why this company uses Fed Express to ship as the delivery drivers never read the note on my front door that says NOT to leave packages on the front porch as they WILL be stolen. The driver left it on the front porch, I came home ten minutes after delivery, and the package was gone. Now I cannot get anyone from Baked by Melissa on the phone as "all agents are busy." That's $130 down the toilet. No more Melissa's for me.

I've had good experiences here and ordering online as gifts. One bite cupcakes are a little pricey, but feel guilt-free as long as you keep telling yourself that. Vegan and GF options.Yum!

Overrated and overpriced!! Steer clear. Worst cupcakes I have ever had. They tasted so stale and old. The cupcake to frosting ratio is so off. Cake is dry and frosting was hard.

Due to COVID, you can no longer pick your individual cupcakes but have tl purchase an already packaged assortment. I don't like that.
