This spot used to be so good years ago! Their quality has definitely went down drastically. You used to be allowed to pick and choose the cupcakes you wanted and now you only have the option of picking from preset packages. I tried the one that had all of the hits. It wasn't what I remembered them being. The icing for all of them had a weird taste and was way too sweet. Some of the cakes Also didn't taste as good as recommended. Sorry to say I won't be back!

The salesperson wasn't very accommodating with explaining my gift options. They should find out how much a person would like to spend and then suggest options. I felt like I was pressured into making a selection. Plus, I don't like the commercial feel of baked by Melissa in this store, it don't feel like a bakery.Not sure I'll be visiting anytime soon.
