I love baskin Robbins cakes! They are so good! The fudge crunch cakes are the best of the best. Easily placed a cake on this 24 hours earlier than pickup. Came and it was all ready and all paid for. So simple. The cake was terrific! Yummy for all. Impressed all my friends. And for only $30 for a cake that feeds 8-12 people. Awesome. And room for seconds. Loved the Oreos on top. Nice touch.

I left a negative review about the service and when I checked back they’d gone from a 3.5 to a way undeserving 3.7.Rude manager.Uninformed about their own products.Offered only problems and no solutions.Just terrible experience.

Place closes at 9:45pm. I arrived and was ordering at 9:15 and the young lady behind the counter was rushing my children to order because she wanted to close shop! Ice cream was great but customer service sucked!

It was little weird to me that the freezer where the ice cream and cakes were stored had a chain with a padlock around it. But in any case the rainbow sherbert was a fanstastic dessert to celebrate my kid's birthday.
1/2 price ice cream scoops on the 31st of each month.

Nothing against Baskin Robbins, I think the ice cream is great and the service was good. But this location is in a rough part of town. A sketchy woman was cursing her young children the whole time I was there with my own young children! She was clearly high, mentally ill or both. I don't know what they can do about it, but every time we stop at this particular store there are always "interesting" people sitting at the tables.

Not only do they get my coffee and sandwhich order wrong continuously but the they totally screwed up my cake order.the writing wasn't what I wanted, it looked sloppy and they gave me vanilla cake when I ordered chocolate cake. I was totally disappointed that my sons cake looked the way it did
