I wanted to eat Beard Papa's crispy cream puffs, so I went to buy some.The products seem to be made in stores just like in Japan.The price is about 4 times the price in Japan, but it's in the cheap to normal price range for Manhattan prices.The flavors are richer than in Japan, including the choux part and the cream part.However, for products that have chocolate covered in the shoe part, the chocolate feels powdery. It wasn't to my liking.(It's like the sugar chocolate coating on common American sweets)The cream inside was delicious in every flavor.I think it's probably the same sweetness as in Japan, but since I now consume a lot of American sweets, it was a little too sweet for me.The original is good, but my favorite is the creme brûlée flavor. It was a flavor I had never seen before in Japan, but I think I'll just stick to the crème brûlée flavor next time.I didn't buy it this time, but they also sell cheesecake and fonda chocolate, so I thought I'd give it a try.If I want to eat sweets with less sweetness, I will visit again.

in terms of taste, it wasn’t anything special. i liked the taste of the honey butter puff even though the flavor was more neutral than anything. i also tried the crème brûlée, oreo, and regular puff pastry however i wasn’t a fan of the inside vanilla cream. this is a personal preference since the person with me absolutely loved it.i personally didn’t find the cream to be anything spectacular and i even found myself scraping it off to just eat the outside puff. the cream tasted utterly flavorless. nothing sweet or special about it.one star for good customer service and another star for the good taste of the honey butter puff.

Terrible workers here that care nothing for the product they are selling and are unfriendly . She couldnt even be bothered to pump a full amount of cream into the almost $5 cream puffs ! When I got home the first one was only a little cream inside and mostly air the second one we threw away because it was moldy (see photo) over priced garbage and useless workers that have no pride in what they are doing . I love beard papa but only in Asia , here you need better management and product or just close it down !
Forgive me if only myself think inflation is killing my taste of dessert, $4+ for one single puff, which the only operator takes them from fridge and microwaved. And I can tell the rest puffs and material for showcase are not well maintained, being left airy outside of containers.

Really good. The filling has great flavor and the puff is soft. The space is small so you feel like you're standing on top of one another. It takes a moment to get your item but it is worth it.

The best cream puffs ever. The puffs are light, creamy and very tasty. They have different flavors but my personal favorite is the honey butter with vanilla cream. The shop is tiny and the staff is friendly. If you're looking for a snack or a sweet treat this place will not disappoint.
