The poutine was pretty bad unfortunately. First there was barely any gravy, like literally you couldn't even see any liquid gravy present on the fries, it was just a light coating (maybe half a teaspoon) and it wasn't even beef gravy. Second, the cheese was fully melted. For proper poutine, the cheese curds should only be about 10% melted so that they maintain their squeakiness. This could've just been shredded cheese for all I know as it was fully melted even with barely any gravy present. Third, the fries aren't proper poutine fries. They were actually pretty bad - just mushy fries with some seasoning on them. Honestly, they just tasted like any frozen french fries from the freezer section of C-Town. Poutine fries should be super crunchy (twice fried) on the outside, with mash potato consistency on the inside and have the potato skin intact. They also put green onions on it and the serving size was very small for the price. Just nothing like proper Quebec poutine or any poutine you'd get in Canada.

I used to love belfries but after my last visit I don’t think this will continue . We ordered animal style fries and they came not cooked and didn’t add the queso … When we asked the cashier to fix it he knew he didn’t add the queso and said that the previous employee forgot to refill the machine . We tried to have a seat outside but we’re interrupted by a huge rat . They did not keep it clean at all . Was super disappointed .
