For French people looking for local dishes or Americans wanting to eat good typical French dishes, I can only recommend this restaurant. In addition to the authentic Parisian brasserie setting, the sommelier is second to none and the dishes are tasty and high quality (homemade foie gras, excellent charcuterie and top-notch duck).The cassoulet would have deserved a little less cooking and more beans but otherwise RAS. Benoit is good but not great. Everything (except the wines) is mediocre. Was that actually Dover Sole? it was fishy ! The wine list is great. The sommelier is not; clueless actually. Great location. Could be so much more but it’s not.
