Birch Coffee is a lovely spot in Midtown that serves delicious coffee. The baristas, like Isa, are skilled and friendly, making drinks to perfection. The menu is limited, but the prices are reasonable, making it a great stop on the way to the office. The cozy shop has a classic Italian-style stand-up counter and a small window seat for two, creating a relaxing atmosphere with excellent music. Despite the limited seating, the excellent service and high-quality coffee make Birch Coffee a must-visit.
