Bluestone Lane in the Upper West Side is an Australian Restaurant. An internationally acclaimed Coffee Roaster in New York, with locations all over the U.S. We spent a long weekend in NYC and found the BEST shop with the best service, space, food, coffee, and matcha! They were doing a collaboration with @djerfavenue which made it even more fun! We got the eggs, bacon, toast, avocado smash toast, and the best lavender matcha. It was my first time to get black coffee in a bottle, besides being pretty, it kept my coffee hot. We went there everyday we were in NYC, because it's that good (and, beautiful decor)! The baristas know how to make the best, coffee, Chai, and Matcha. The servers are knowledgeable and really take the time to answer all our dietary concerns. Highly recommend!

I was here on March 21, 2024. Went to catch up with a friend for brunch. It was lovely to meet up my friend during my spring break.She was a bit late so I ordered in the meantime a latte and an almond croissant. The almond croissant did not disappoint neither did the latte. Loved reading my book with these ?.As per the brunch I had a B.L.A.T.E. It was good. Delicious in fact. But the brioche bun was too big in comparison to amount of egg and bacon. In other words, not enough protein in my opinion to balance the carbs. Totally my fault for not choosing another item on the menu. But also, sharing that because it’s only an egg and two strips of bacon on the sandwich.My friend got a smoothie and the brekkie board. (Pic)Finally, the atmosphere was gorgeous. Low, soft lighting. However, in this colder weather, the room that Thursday was really cold and not sure whether the heaters were working. My friend and I were chilly throughout our time there.

I visited this afternoon and had the lemon pancake and a latte. I had never had Australian coffee before, but it was excellent. Nebi, one of the employees, suggested the lemon pancake, and it was delicious. The ambiance was lacking, but I really like the meal and service. Although I understood that I visited around rush hour, there were only two employees there? The females working there were dispersed over the workplace, attempting to handle everything, so they clearly required one additional worker or two. Nebi did a great job in handling the rush and offering great customer service regardless.

Delicious freshly made avocado toast - love the chili oil! and of course great espresso drinks. Cool atmosphere either for hanging out in the morning or afternoon sipping a latte or after work enjoying a drink. Super friendly service too

Coming from an Aussie -The customer service definitely needs a lot of work, the two girls working in here today were not very friendly and are boarder line rude.The food is decent as is the coffee.But the atmosphere definitely needs work.I don’t usually give negative reviews as not a lot phases me haha but I was pretty shocked with the lack of ‘friendliness’ with the customer service.

I went into Bluestone this morning, and the young lady, by the name of Claudia took care of me and made me feel so appreciative to get an iced coffee and a sandwich.She was very professional and has great customer service skills.
