This place makes me wish I had unlimited amounts of the chicken Caesar wrap. It is 100% worth the hype!! Probably one of my favorite places in New York. The one I went to is located in a food hall and had a nice outdoor patio. Staff was friendly and fast.

The chicken was delicious if you are from New York or just visiting I definitely recommend this as one of your stops. Everything we got was really good. The only thing they need to change is to use the same seasoning from the strips / grilled wrap on the bone in chicken because then it would be way better.

Had to try this local fried chicken chain once. Came by on a Saturday afternoon a little past lunch hour. There were still people coming in and out. Ordered a fried chicken sandwich. The chicken was moist and didn't feel overly saturated in oil. Could have used more seasoning. The buns were fluffy. However, there was so much mayo. The mayo didn't taste anything special either. It ruined the sandwich a bit for me even after i scraped some of it off. They have a student lunch deal during the weekdays as long as you bring your ID. Would definitely take advantage of that if you're more of a tenders person.

Had this place on my radar for some time. I finally had the chance to try this past weekend and it did not disappoint. My mom loves fried chicken and after disappointment from other local joints, I decided it was time to try Bob's. Of course this was after reviewing NYC listing of "the top spots." What we got was a bucket of drumsticks that was hot, crisp, well seasoned, and tender to the bone good. So it did not disappoint. A plus for friendly fast service as well. I do have to add another note, that I came again Monday during lunch to grab another bucket to go. But, this time the drumsticks didn't have the same crispness, slightly greasier, not lined with the Bobwhite paper, and simple things like napkins were missing with my order. I was disappointed with my second visit, but perhaps the business is slightly different in quality/service management on weekdays vs weekends. I'm sure I'll give a weekend another try. I asked my mom to rate, she gave 5 stars because she insist it was base on her first impression - OK mom.
me & my boyfriend love bob white’s. we would travel in perilous weather just to get to bob white’s.they removed indoor seating at one point and we sat in the cold just to eat that good ole chicken sandwich immediately.we went back recently, as the weather has been nicer to sit outdoors and we were pleasantly surprised to see they added indoor seating again… but to the demise of the catfish sandwich </3 nothing will ever be the same. rip(still love bob white’s and will do anything for bob white’s)
The chicken very freshly made. Coleslaw isn't that great ,French fries very good taste (don't need any sauce for it ) Blackeyed Peas, Collards & Tomatoes very great . Service is quick, place is super clean especially the bathroom .

No thrills made to order EPIC fried chicken. Buffalo chicken sandwich was perfectly cooked and sauced. I added avocado and skipped the ranch sauce. French fries were a bit soggy but a very large portion. Wraps also very good. You order at the counter on a screen. Limited indoor seating and some covered outdoor seating. Perfect to sit outside when it’s nice out!
