Heard about this bakery’s famous sausage so I had to try it since it was close to our hotel. We got there late in the morning (around 10am) and there was only 1 person serving the 2 customers lining up in front of me plus 2 customers who already paid their orders. Wow! So first of all visited Grand Central location many times and they serve great coffee and croissants but did not know about the sausage rolls! My girlfriend has fallen in love with bald manager Chris….blue eyes etc. so nice! He was so kind and now we find him in Chelsea. Go in the mornings for best latte and service. Last visit he sat with us for a minut to chat and we had friends come join. If only they serve alcohol…. Such a cool vibe.

Only tried the iced coffee, which was delicious. They provide a number of dairy-free options, plus cream and other milk to pour in yourself. Service was fast, attentive, and accurate. Baked goods, like chocolate croissants, look very fresh. The wait time was minimal even though it was bustling when I visited.
