Had dinner before a show and the burgers did not disappoint. Thick & juicy, but manageable to eat. The bacon wrapped dates were also fantastic.Reasonable prices and clean restrooms.

This is the best Burger I have had. I come from California and we have quite the selection of great burgers but the blue cheese burger was perfectly season and and cooked! The fries were to dye for too. All and all a 5+ and the best burger in New York City! Plus M was fantastic with the service.

There's nothing like a juicy burger that makes you want to talk to yourself.The Brindle Room burger was on my top five list before closing during the pandemic. They reopened recently a few blocks from the old location in Alphabet City. @brindleroom?647 E 11th St, ManhattanThe burger is named Sébastian Steak House Burger, which pays homeage to their steakhouse in Jersey.The burger is as outstanding as I recall it from 3 or 4 years backThe quality of the meat js just great. It's a blend of25 % AGED PRIME65 % FRESH MEAT10 % SUETSuet is a crumbly fat around the kidney of the cow.The patty has a 70/30 fat ratio, seasoned and weighted down to get a nice sear.Topped with American cheese, carmelized onions placed on a plain white bun served at medium temp.Wow, is all I can say. I missed this burger! Just pure tenderness and depth of flavor from the fat and great blend of meat.The carmelized onions give the right amount extra flavor without taking away from the flavor of the meat.The blue cheese burger uses the same meat and house made blend of blue cheese and applewood smoked bacon served with truffle parmesan fries.Wow.Get this if you love burgers.The staff js very cool.abd Chef/ Owner Jeremy is extremely hospitable.Vegetarian options: Veggie burger, kale salad,Orrechiette Broccoli rabeBraised Fennel.Butternut Squash.Marinated ChickpeaSpiced Braised LentilsBrussels sproutsTrufle Friesherbs, parmesan, truffle oil, aioli
Incredible service and delicious food! I would 10/10 recommend. Their espresso martini is delicious and the vibe is perfect for a date or friends going out! If you’re there ask for Emily Mack! She’s amazing!

We saw the Brindle Room on Diners, Drive-ins & Dives. We were in New York City for the day and decided to try it ourselves. Not only was the food delicious, but the owner and wait staff were super cool. I am BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!I have been wanting to try this place for months! I finally got the opportunity today and everything was actually horrible I can’t believe it! Burger was overcooked and small, looks nothing like the “honest reviews” steak was cooked in a pound of salt. Unbelievable! Ohh we also sent every drink back and the bartender was mad that we didn’t like our drinks. McDonald’s burger is better!

5 Stars to a lovely lady named Tiavonni and the nice bartender at The Brindle Room. I came rushing in asking for some Juniors Cheesecake for my hubby and let them know I had a flight Boarding. So you Ms Tiavonni rushed back and made sure the two slices were packed properly for the flight and added napkins and spoons. Thank you both for saving the day!The 2 slices made it across to the West Coast just fine!

Every time I’ve been to NYC I’ve made a stop to Brindle Room for the burger and it has never disappointed. It’s the best burger in the world and I would eat it weekly if I lived in town. What’s great is that other items on the menu are also fantastic, such as the salmon and the chickpeas.

Hands down some of the best food I’ve had in a while!! The steak was so juicy and flavorful I could’ve eaten like five of them!! Truly the food did not disappoint at all so kudos to the chef ????It’s such a cute place I highly recommend coming to grab a bite and some drinks to catch up with friends
