If you like microwaved pizza, microwaved burgers, and microwaved lasagna, this is the place. They have at least 3 microwaves working overtime. If Gordon Ramsey comes here, he'll have a heart attack. Staff was friendly.

This Deli was lovely the staff were very friendly and helpful, the chicken soup was exactly how I expected from the photos, tasted very nice, I asked for a plain bun to go with it and confused them a little (soup and a roll at home)My hubby had the hot pastrami Reuben which was really good and a side of fries. Wish we found it a little sooner as it was on our way to the bus station that we came across it unfortunately.Highly recommend

I just wanted a buttered bagel. It took too long and then it was toasted when I got it which I did not ask for. The bagel was obviously either stale or frozen and also was the consistency of a roll. Skip this if you want actual Deli.

Really Nice classic American diner with fresh food. Just off-Times Square, nice and calm retreat for good food.

We had a great time! Food was decent and an incredible value for NYC. Service was attentive. The Satin Dollz were fantastic and were the highlight of the evening! We will definitely be returning!

Good food, good service, the staff was warm and polite. Wife had the matzo soup me and my son had the salmon bagel. Her soup was really good. The hot apple cider is awesome especially since it's 35 degrees out.

Disappointing. Had wanted a deli sandwich since we were in NYC and went here based on previous views and be located near our hotel. It wasn’t like other NY delis I’ve been to and was more like a diner restaurant with a few deli sandwiches on the menu. I went with their “famous” Ruben…hot pastrami served on a potato bun with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, pickles, and Russian dressing. It lacked flavor. It was small. The pastrami was tough and difficult to eat. It was really disappointing. My husband got a classic hot corned beef sandwhich on marble rye. It was better, but still not great and not anything to be wowed about in the least. I also got one of my favorites…a black and white cookie (half moon). It small and hard. I was looking forward to it as well but it too missed the mark for me. As for the deli experience and iconic deli sandwiches there are many more and better options to choose from.

They have a delicious pastrami, it is 100% worth trying, I had seen it on TikTok and I didn't have much faith in it but I ended up loving it. The chicken burger is also very delicious, the condiments and sauces they put on it make everything exquisite. It was a little cold in the place compared to other food places that heat more but quite well.

Came before watching Hamilton, food came out in 10 mins? There can be a discussion of the portions but I would say there is plenty of flavor.Id come back again.

I found this place walking with a friend by chance. Close to tacos N 1 where there is always a line. Amazing food. Very good service, the girl at the cashier who also speaks Spanish is super friendly. The kitchen prepares amazing food.
