We were there for breakfast, you come through the revolving door, are greeted in a friendly manner and escorted to the table. The hospitality that followed was super friendly, accommodating and always with a smile on our faces. The ambience of this diner is more than pleasant and classically designed. Feel-good atmosphere! The food was fresh, tasty and sufficient in quantity. Price/performance is reasonable for New York. The service and atmosphere are both quite good. However, pound-for-pound, the food is around double the price you would pay at one of the many diners located just within a 3 block radius. Incredibly small portions and the quality of the food isn’t much different from your standard NYC diner fare. Ultimately, this place is a tourist trap.

Unfortunately too expensive. There are plenty of better and 40% cheaper breakfasts around.

My friend and I had the chicken pot pie. It was big. The only downside is that the chicken should be cut a little small. Other then that it was delicious. We will visit again

Overpriced, over-rated. Stale bagel, stale hash browns, mediocre coffee and omelet.

The great thing is that they take reservations on Open Table. It's clean, it has a good diner type menu and it's convenient to the theatres. It was my first visit there but I'll be going again. If you want to eat something fairly simple and be able to talk to your companions, it's great.
