Went here before a concert and overall was pleased. Good alternative to the many mediocre Italian restaurants in the theatre district. We shared the whole lobster and London burger. It's meant for one person but is really enough for 2 unless you have a big appetite. And it's a good value. Food was good - lobster a bit overcooked for our taste but sweet. Main complaint was the size of the drinks - the glass of wine was tiny and the Marguerite mostly ice. Waitress said the wine was 6oz but no way. Still, we would go again.

The decor is really fun and modern and our server was great. But the lobster was terrible!! And the portion on the salad was so tiny. Only 2 bites—which didn't matter bc it was abysmal. Our server was super nice—that was a plus! Can't recommend this place bc of the food unless you're going for the burger.

I ordered the lobster grill salad. I like that they had an entree with vegetables, but there was way too much dressing on it, and the lobster portion was miniscule. My husband had the lobster roll. He really liked it, and from the small bit that I tasted, I wish I had ordered it too. The service was good, and the ambiance was good too. This is a good place to eat if you are going to a Broadway show.

We arrived 30 min prior to reservation and we were seated immediately. Our waitress was helpful, attentive, and had a great personality. Food was OUTSTANDING! Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious. We will be back!

The lobster was a bit overcooked, and the burgers lacked flavor and were dry. The service was very good. The music was way too loud.

Food, service and general experience was very good. Nice level, like most restaurants today, was very high, making conversation difficult. Much of this is due to people trying to talk over the background music.

Lobster and burgers are always great and so convenient pre/post theater. They were able to seat us early but a bit slow to get water/drinks to the table. Overall, this is a regular staple to grab a great meal.

When I arrived at approximately 10 minutes of five for a five o'clock reservation, I was told I had to weight 8 minutes for my table. Now there were open tables all over the place. Strange but I waited. Wait staff was nice but when asked for a second drink "without" smoke the bar and waiter sent it with smoke again..... come on guys.... it's a drink and not hard to get correct. Overall, food was good but a bit overpriced for what you got. Crossing this place off my list.....

Food drinks and service was excellent. The happy hour deals were good as well. We all enjoyed our meals—burger, lobster roll, oysters, and grill salad. Flavorful and cooked properly.

My son recently returned home from college, and I wanted to surprise him with a visit to the city. We stopped at Burgers and Lobster to grab a bite to eat, but unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members. The representative was very rude and seemed unwilling to assist us, initially refusing to give us directions to the upstairs area.Once we made it upstairs, the representative informed us that the only available table was in the front, but we would have to give it up in an hour for a reservation. This seemed odd to me, so I quickly checked online and saw that there were open tables available for our desired timeframe. It was disheartening to encounter what felt like discrimination, especially when we were simply trying to enjoy a meal together as a family.I believe it is important to teach our children about equality and respect for all individuals, regardless of their background. It is disappointing that instances of racism still occur in society today, even in establishments where we are spending our hard-earned money. I have chosen not to return to Burgers and Lobster due to this unpleasant experience, as I refuse to support a business that treats customers in such a disrespectful manner.

A decent option amongst the hustle and bustle of Times Square for something a step above the tourist traps, cheap slices and chains. 8:30 pm on a Wednesday night and the dining room and bar was pretty full. Music playing the background was nice and mostly current pop tunes. Bellying up to the bar as a party of 1, my service experience was above average but not impeccable. Attentive enough but missed some opportunities to sell refills on beverages. Now the food was the five star attraction. Started with the blue cheese and pear salad. Very well executed. Nice amount of walnuts, radicchio and sweet slices of pear to take the edge off that funky blue. Ordered the dry aged burger medium. It was thick, juicy, savory and a nice portion size for guys like myself with big appetites. Topped with some grilled onions and resting inside a delicious seed-speckled bun. The dipping sauce was full of flavor. Truffle fries were crispy, flavorful and the perfect complement. Reasonable value for the money.

This place was great only place I went to in NY I couldn’t fault they had a private event on and only seats at the bar and very busy but the service we got from the guy at the bar was super very friendly and helpful looked after us during our time here and it was super we hadn’t even thought the food was taking that long and the what I think was the manager guy in a grey suit came out apologised and gave us a strawberry cheesecake dessert on the house not why the review but it helped as it was amazing. Overall the food was lovely. My wife got a berry drink cocktail non alcoholic and it was so good. Defo worth a trip and next time we are in NY I’ll be in again.Kid-friendliness: Service was spot on

We had Connecticut lobster rolls with fries. Lobster was very tasty and fries were excellent. Service was very good. Nicely decorated restaurant. Burgers looked big and good even though we did not experience one.

Went here for a birthday party. Excellent atmosphere and staff! Loved the appetizers and desserts. The Cadillac margarita was absolutely delightful. Many places don’t have the El Mayor Cristalino, tequila. I really appreciated that. Again, most importantly, great staff!!

The food and drinks were great. Our server was not friendly at all which is the experience we had in many of the NYC restaurants. Wish they would cheer up a bit. ?
