My husband and I have been coming to Canyon Road for years and have always enjoyed our meals. We went tonight for the first time in a few months and were disappointed. The portions seem to be much reduced. The grilled salmon was much smaller and the rice dish/vegetables that came with it were even smaller. The steak was very chewy, then my glass of Chardonnay was less than half a glass. The staff was very attentive - no criticism there!

Good food for brunch. I have had dinner here also. Good service and good food. We need to come back more and try other items.

Food was not seasoned well.Spicy guacamole as the app was the only things that was good and I still needed to add salt and pepper.Waiters wouldn’t refill out waters and we had to keep waving them down to get their attention

If you're visiting and walking around the UES, give Canyon Road some of your time. Their "happy hour" selections are the right portions to make a fulfilling meal. Their regular menu is very inviting and probably will require several visits to sample them all. This is truly a foodies dream to dine here. Hard working staff and kitchen. Give them lots of props!!This spontaneous drop in made my Saturday errands in the area more special. I will be back again to try more items. It is certainly worth the price. Delicious food, awesome drinks.Vegetarian options: With a menu like this, everything is fresh and I'm sure can be adjusted. Just such a great vibe.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to deal with to enter the restaurant. Very accessible.

I’m no stranger to this place. But with a toddler it’s a little tougher to get out. It was our Daughters first time at canyon road. She loved it all the food out door seating… The restaurant was super kid friendly and the owner Roberto came over personally to make sure everything was good. He has no problem making stuff off the menu for kid dietary needs as my Doughter has many restrictions. I’d recommend checking this place out on date night or with the family.

This is exactly what I want on a Friday afternoon. The HH frozen marg is so good & such a great price. My favorite flavor is blood orange. Not too sweet & perfectly strong!

If you don't have taste buds, definitely eat here!I don't know who eats here and says it's high quality. The food was just bland and didn't taste like anything. The salsa was the only thing with any flavor and was mid at best. The service was really slow and it took them 45 minutes to get our drinks after ordering them. Don't get me wrong, the staff was nice, but unattentive. After powering through half of my tasteless meal, I asked for the check and went to a real Mexican restaurant that wasn't decorated like my white friend's apartment for a cinco de Mayo party.

A higher quality, unique Mexican restaurant in the UES! Our margarita pitcher was absolutely delicious, and so was the beergarita. The nachos were so satisfying as a shared app. I had the salmon empanadas, which each had a huge salmon filet in them. Not your typical Mexican cuisine, but we loved it. The service was also amazing. Very cute inside. We would probably go back, but excited to try other Mexican places as well. Great spot for a date or friend get-together.

We visit Canyon Road to celebrate my niece birthday in a cozy and relax atmosphere. All the food and service was amazing. As appetizers we ordered Guacamole, Spicy Peanut Shrimp -delicious- and Fried Calamari. All was fresh and tasty. For dinner we had tacos Al Carbon,Grilled Salmon, Carne Tampiqueña, Mexican rice and Elote con Crema. For dessert, my niece loved her Churros with Caramelo and we shared a Chocolate Souffle Cake…extremely mouth-watering and creamy!!We couldn’t finish everything because portions are really good and prices are very reasonable in comparison to their portions. Everything was simply delicious and decadent. I highly recommend Canyon Road for any occasion. Thank you chef Ruperto and all your staff from making us feel like family ❤️ keep it up !

Sat outside so didn't really have an idea about the indoor vibe. But service was good, drink and food was good.

service was bad.took 20 min during happy hr to get one drink & the place had 8 tables with 4 at bar and 3 tables outside to be served.i had to chase the server to get things done.was told that jalapeno margs was part of the “flavored” happy hr. bill comes and paid full price. shouldnt have tipped. better luck somewhere else.
