Good service from cashiers but the shift manager named Delilah was extremely rude. I was trying to redeem my free sandwich but it failed. She could have said it nicely that I had to go back to the cashier again to redeem.

After you order, the food will be brought to your table by a staff member.Now to the food. There’s a pretty wide variety of food. From chicken tenders to chicken burgers and homemade lemonade, Chick Fil A has a lot to offer. At the end of the day it’s fast food, but still delicious.The staff is pretty friendly. In terms of price, Chick Fil A offers reasonable prices based on the quality and the quantity of the food.Overall my experience here was great. Highly recommended.
This place is good. Now it is near times square so there are naturally bums around. But that's NYC.Their service is fast. Their food is always warm when I purchase it.
