Food was not all that. Way over hyped and the food was not even good. Everyone I went with said that their stomach hurt and so did mine And I only had a salad. This place is horrible and I don't recommend it at all. UPDATE: My friend has food poisoning now because of this place. DONT GO HERE.

The staff in this store are extremely attentive. Everyone is so welcoming. They know my morning and afternoon order, and they always cater to my picky needs. The managers Keith and Nyeem are awesome. Neffy and Maria are super amazing and super friendly.

This chick-fil-a location is kind of a disaster. I had a reward for a free chicken sandwich on the app and this was the closest location for pick up. I indicated on the app that I had arrived and it said the order would be ready in 6-11 minutes. When I arrived at the pickup station, the main I first spoke to told me there was no order under my name and that I needed to go in the regular sign since it was a reward. When I spoke to the cashier, she asked if my order had fries or not (she didn't even confirm on the system or on my phone - I could have easily lied and said yes but I didn't). She was about to remake the order when thankfully Jose (the manager I think?) stepped in. He was able to find my order in a pile of other mobile orders. He opened it to make sure it was right and everything was in there. He was really nice and has a great customer service attitude. Even though they were super busy, he still gave me a cup of water and made sure I was taken care of. Overall, I think many of the employees here are not well trained and I think they are understaffed. The influx of orders seems to be more than they can handle. I'd be hard pressed to come back here even if it's a free meal.
