Happy National Burrito day???Or so I thought when I came out on my lunch break to get the national deal! Instead of enjoying this day with the buy one burrito get one free , I had to waste my time downloading the app, becoming a member and being told no I can’t get my deal because the app doesn’t have the feature to scan the barcode! Are you serious?? Not only did I waste at least 10 walking here , I wasted an additional 10 trying to figure it out! My advice!!!! If you want to be part of a national day, don’t make it come with a catch! No one knows you need an app and become just to get the deal! And if technology is really what you need to get things now in days , that’s super unfortunate for the much more older generation who don’t have the luxury to have a smartphone just to buy their grandchildren something to eat! How inconvenient!!! Now let’s get to the staff! From 5:30-6pm there was a young Latino gentleman with curly hair and glasses! I have his name on the receipt but for the sake of safety I will not reveal it. He was completely inconsiderate and didn’t want to bring out the manager at this location. Just wanted to say at the end “you need a barcode”. Very unfortunate that my favorite Mexican Grill fast food restaurant can’t keep their word on social events and just want to take our money at the end of it! If you are greedy and just want your money then at least say that instead of lying !! Now I have to be working the rest of my shift without anything to eat until the end of it to finally eat my order! Horrible !

I understand that everyone needs a job, but if you hate your job or you are having a bad day, customers don’t need to pay for it.Multiple times I’ve come to this establishment, and the staff treats customers disrespectfully and poorly. They throw the food in your bowl like yo are begging for food, and then get upset when the you make them aware of the situation.There are other Chipotle restaurants around the area, but if possible just go to a local Mexican place.

Quality of this place has consistently gone down. Food is mediocre at best on a good day.Most Chipotle locations are not what they used to be anymore. Maybe employees don’t care.

So not worth the money. Where is the rice. I’ve eaten here twice and the portion size is crazy. You actually have to ask for extra and then pay $20. They need to keep their utensils stocked. Atleast the first time I went they made the food look like something after I said it looks funny. They told me about the survey for free chips. Yesterday I paid $2.00 for chips that taste old. Get better service, better portion size. CAVA is better y’all.

It's a pretty big Chipotle but can get packed because it's near penn station. I would recommend going during off peak hours because lunch is packed. We came here around 9pm and there wasn't really anyone there. It was quick and easy to get the food. I would eat back in your apt/home since the area has loiters.

Visited when location wasn’t too busy. I always get a bowl and this day got the Carne Asada.Considering I was in the city, felt the portion size of rice and meat was above average.The dining area was clean and fully stocked of utensils.

the food taste great but if you order online and they don’t make it in front of you, they under stuff everything the workers are really rude and will yell at you and rush you. I think my experience would’ve been a lot better if the people weren’t so rude and inconsiderate.
