This place needs to replace their staff. I came in at 10:45am and they left me in the line waiting 15 min to take my order. I addressed the lady that I was on my lunch break, and she didn't even show any concern she continued to take her time. My first time there, after working in the area for 9 years, won't recommend any of my coworkers this place. I personally will never go back and replace it with people who wake up energetic fast w a smile on the face.
Rude, unfriendly and unprofessional staff! After my food I wanted to wash my hands in the bathroom, so I asked for the code. Her annoyed response was that it’s only for customers. So I told her that I am one and showed her where I sat. She rudely ignored that, and discussed the situation with another staff member. They made a huge drama of the situation, until after 3 minutes she let me in being highly annoyed of me. Cheekiness to treat your customers like that!

How is it a 1045 open time and I’m still outside waiting for the store to open up? Either be efficient with your store hours or get a new morning shift to take over and be ready to go. This is ridiculous.
