The management is very rude I’ve had issues with a manager named Uriah and have seen managers yelling at staff for no reason. Food here isn’t even good I’ve gotten uncooked pieces of chicken and stopped going there completely. BE

They put almost no cheese in my quesadilla. I have been eating at Chipotle for over ten years and this was the first time I did NOT like the guacamole; it was saltless and lacked flavor. Also, the place was very dirty. Customer service was lacking.

This has to be the most poorly managed Chipotle in Manhattan. It seems like portion control is the only thing that matters here, judging by how slow employees are moving. The lack of stewardship from management is clear in other ways too. For example, there’s usually only one employee on the line, the place has dirty floors, overflowing trash cans, and non-functioning equipment and overflowing trash cans. Recently an employee said they didn’t even get their break and had to work while clocked out to catch up on work— sounds like a labor law violation? I won’t be coming back here for a while.

Cashier was nasty and didn't wash hands touching money and food after handling garbage.
This is not one of the better chipotles out there. The lines can get pretty long and the staff is indifferent at best. Most the time, that’s totally fine but I have seen a cashier almost fight a customer. It’s still chipotle though, food is good, portions are big, and it’s decently fast.Kid-friendliness: Always tons of kids in here

My order was incorrect (ordered through Chipotle app) all i wanted was a burrito with chicken, rice, lettuce and beans, didn't get the lettuce, small portion of chicken and got two types of cheese in it. Ended up unable to eat the food.

Food was good but my burrito salad bowl was missing a few items - like lettuce, salsa, and cheese. The unfortunate part is that I didn’t discover this until I got home. Can’t really do anything about it then huh?Word to the wise: check your order before you leave.
