The staff who work here are truly so rude and miserable, I don’t understand how this place remains open. And they’re always out of something fundamental. Today, for example, they were out of white rice, and when asked about it, the employee just huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes at me. Chipotle needs to do something because they will go bankrupt if their service remains this terrible.
My recent trip to Chipotle left much to be desired. The service was subpar, with indifferent staff and a lack of attention to customers. Furthermore, the portion sizes were disappointingly small, leaving me feeling unsatisfied. I'd recommend giving this location a miss until they improve their standards.

Horrible service, rude disinterested staff, filthy location with food all over the tables in the eating area, behind the counter where the orders are taken, toilet paper on the ground. Even though there was no one in front of me when I enetered, it took about 5minutes before anyone acknowledged me and when I was finally able to place my order, it took another 5 minutes for someone to show up behind the register so that I could pay.
