I have visited numerous Chipotle establishments, however, I must express my dissatisfaction with the portion sizes at this particular Chipotle store, as they were considerably smaller than anticipated. The food was amazing tho.
This store has a habit of frequently forgetting toppings on my online orders. At least 5 times so far they have forgotten the guac in my order. I am paying an extra $3 for this topping and they consistently are forgetting it. I have to keep calling chipotle customer support and complaining and nothing changes. The people on staff weeknights at 8pm need to learn to actually remember to all my damn toppings, especially premium toppings that I am paying extra for.

Ambience is good. Highly recommended. There are seats after the counter as well. Crowded but staffs handle well, didn’t miss any in my order. Price is bit high compared to other location. Street parking is available but since it’s near time square it’s not that easy for everyone to parallel park.
