Love this Chipotle location is fast and fresh. However they never have salad dressing. I cant understand for the life of me why would you serve salad with no dressing. Its a refrigerated item so it wouldn't hurt to make more after the lunch rush. Please fix this its a little annoying as it has happened on multiple occasions and dry salad isnt the flex.

Very rude and unwelcoming staff. The food quantity is deliberately served less and response is very rude if you ask for more. Also chicken is extra salty everytime. They leave a very bad taste and I work in the building and have the same feedback from my colleagues. Stopped going there and rather go to the one nearby to loft

You guys know how they are when you ask for double meat. I asked the server if she could put more chicken, she literally took the spoon and scooped out one piece of extra chicken. I almost started laughing but whatever, will not be coming back to this location. There’s another chipotle a few blocks away the staff there seems to be more generous.

Had to try Chipotle after the many recommendations. Had the Burrito Bowl with everything. Not the biggest fan of their hot salsa. The portion was huge and the food was okay. Lots of options for vegetarians at budget friendly prices and decent flavors. Also lots of branches of Chipotle across NYC. Definitely makes for a great meal option, while on the go!

Food was okay, vegetarian options available, the place was clean and quite empty so there was no problem with seats - we came here on a weekday, an October afternoon. Service was super nice - we remember very fondly the guy who was selling us our meals as we had really nice talk with him!

I needed to use the bathroom, so I bought a burrito to get the code for the bathroom (it is on the bottom of the receipt). I had to ask for the receipt, but it worked out okay. The bathrooms weren't the cleanest, but the burrito was delicious (as any other Chipotle).

Rude staff, barely give you any food for the premium price you’re paying ($13.50) for a regular chicken burrito. Workers behind the counter are scared to put food in cause they don’t know how to roll a real burrito.
