I went to this location, and every time i ordered a burrito bowl, the worker always put one scoop of rice which is not even half of the bowl. And when I asked if they could add one more scoop, they said i gotta pay extra. How am i paying 12+ dollars for an empty bowl with barely anything? And let’s not start on the amount for the guac.Please Chipotle do better on the portion you are giving to customers!!!!!!!! This doesn’t make any sense.

Although the food was fresh and delicious, it did not negate the rushed service from the staff, especially at the till when paying. I felt as though I was not allowed even a moment to consider whether I wanted chips, whether I wanted a drink or what options were available. After instinctively asking for a small drink when hastily asked by the employee at the till, I was given and charged for a large. The experience was overall disappointing for a brand that values not only high quality product, but also high quality service.

Food order was wrong maybe the worker was hard of hearing.Lady who took my order around 3-5 was rude and rushing me when their was nobody at the store.theirs a reason it’s always empty the cashier was the rudest cashier I have ever met and worse she got my order wrong. I told her twice that she got it wrong she ignored me rung me up told me to pay.Horrible service and I think she even got my meat wrong I don’t know what meat she gave me.

I usually eat their food but this establishment has been one of the worst. The poor attention of the guys who work there, the very small portions and the very dirty place. They have a very good location and how unpleasant that the image of Manhattan is only dirt in the food places too.

When you ask for food they might as well add your food with a teaspoon because the amount of food you get here is unreal. It’s like they get paid per scoop terrible. By far worst chipotle
It was horrible, none of it was good. The staff was mean, paper straws, having to put a code to in to get to the restroom that was on the receipt so while waiting in there long line, and I didn’t get my three sides to my meal which I usually get.

brought my boyfriend here to use the bathroom because he was starting to get sick at urban across the street which low and behold doesn’t have a bathroom. went to chipotle after being told by security at urban that there was a bathroom there. they have two family bathrooms, one of which was blocked by several trash cans, both with locks that required a pin to open. i understand that a pin is needed which was completely okay and understandable but the fact that there was no toilet paper or paper towels is unbelievable. i got a text from my boyfriend who was getting very ill in the bathroom, asking if i would ask one of the workers for toilet paper. just to my surprise, they don’t have toilet paper, they just simply don’t have it. when i asked why, a man at the counter tried to explain but whatever he had said made no sense. he said something along the lines of “having to close the bathroom if they did have toilet paper”. i then had to grab a stack of napkins for my boyfriend which don’t get me wrong is absolutely better then nothing, but i’ve never heard of such a thing as not having any toilet paper at all, and am very disappointed with this. i had to take my sick boyfriend back across the street to find a bathroom he could use while waiting for our ride since we had checked out of our hotel several blocks away and couldn’t go back. this isn’t any of the employees faults whatsoever, just disappointed with the establishment for not having any proper toiletries.

This is the most mismanaged chipotle I have ever been too. They skimp on everything, especially the protein. The downstairs seating area and bathroom are always closed. The trash never gets emptied either.

I visited this location 12/06/23 12:45pm order #213 and was rang up by Silvia. The disposition of the individual that was assisting her was absolutely disgusting. She slammed my food on the counter, while maintaining eye contact. I very much was taken aback at her hostility. Honestly all of the employees behind the counter were not hospitable or kind. As this is not the first time that something of this nature has happened. I will no longer visiting this location due to the staff’s constant mistreatment and bad attitudes.
