I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich from the Grand Central Station store at 12:20 PM and was promised it would be ready in approximately seven minutes. More than 15 minutes later, in light of the fact that I had to catch a train, I asked for my money to be refunded. The cashier took my receipt, went into the back, and brought out a package which she put into my bag and I proceeded on my way. When I opened the package, I saw a significantly overcooked and partially burned piece of chicken that was more like a nugget in size, surrounded by a huge bun. The chicken was no larger than the slice of tomato included with the Item and, when considering the onion, lettuce and tomato included, this was more like a deconstructed salad with a chicken nugget and two slices of bread. While I understand, this is fast food, although it was not, what was sold to me as a sandwich was not enough to be even considered a snack, it was barely edible and never have left the kitchen. This was worth neither the time nor the money.

My first thought when I got to Grand Central on the way to my first visit to Brooklyn was that I definitely needed something for lunch. I didn't have all day and knew off the bat I was gonna be spending a bunch of money, so I wanted to keep this plain and simple, hence why I landed upon this place. The service was fine, but finding a place to get in line was trying to figure out a Rubik's Cube. For context, I am an absolute idiot at trying to solve a Rubik's Cube. Employees were nice enough, but you can't use Apple Pay as a payment method (one star off for that). You do also have to be patient even after you get your order in, so there's that too, but I won't knock anything off there. I ordered the Mediterranean Chicken Wrap (without tomatoes) and Mozzarella Sticks. Because everyone and their mother swears on pairing Mozzarella Sticks with Marinara Sauce, I did still use the dipping sauce even though I have never been a fan of Marinara Sauce. In this case, it helped bring out more flavor from the Mozzarella Sticks that I would score a 6 on a scale of 1-10. Now, because I wasn't too familiar how to find the subways and I had to walk around the better part of an hour to find out everything I needed so I didn't get lost in New Jersey, I still had yet to eat the wrap when I got to Brooklyn and ate it at the hotel. It still tasted like a chicken wrap, but I could feel it become a soggy mess if I didn't eat out on the porch of my hotel room. The taste was pretty average. The Vitamin Water I got from Hudson News right before I was ready to get on the Subway helped wash everything down nice and smooth because I totally forgot to get a drink at this place beforehand (oops!). So yeah, it's definitely more of a convenience eatery in Grand Central than anything else and will definitely do for lunch. Just don't expect to give it any Awards any time soon.

The food was alright. They took 20 minutes to prepare my sandwich. I'm reasonably certain that for 15 of those minutes they basically lost my order until I asked them again. It wasn't even that busy, which is what made it that much more irritating.

Took way too long other people were getting their food before us when they ordered after us. The worker was extremely rude and the food was not worth the wait. DO NOT GO HERE.

Grilled chicken sandwich deluxe is delicious. They do it on a Pita. Prices are reasonable for Manhattan.

Just a quick bite before boarding the train. Food here is good and the sandwich is sufficiently filling. Wait was a little long because of the line.

Food is great !! Awful service , smiles should be free . Hope your staff can improve a good customer service.
It took them half an hour to make a buffalo chicken wrap! This place is in the Grand Central station where speed is everything. If you need to get somewhere or catch a train, this is not the right place!

Let’s start off with the fact there is no “order here sign” so you will be standing around behind those who have ordered and not be a knowledged. Also Be prepared to wait 30 mins for a wrap, and chicken nuggets during lunch time from a chicken shop. Several people who ordered after us got their food first. The same wrap I had ordered went out before mine. Absolutely terrible service. One star.

If I could give service zero stars I would. The lady running the register was extremely rude. There were only two customers and she had such a nasty attitude. The food is pretty good but that lady needs to go. I feel sorry for the young man that has to work with her because he is polite and likely has to deal with the repercussions of this ladies attitude. I read other similar reviews and can only guess they encountered the same lady. Not sure which employee is Dimitris.

1/4 chicken was a reasonable portion well cooked, hot and moist.

Absolutely don't buy the chicken fingers. Get the stuff at the counter. Spent 17 on this (price plus 15% tip)
