Ugh. So awful in very regard.1. Service is done at a kiosk. Part of the "excitement" is ordering your salad, choosing your topics, and INTERACTING with someone. I get that labor costs are high and that they may have found efficiencies but unfortunately they have alienated me to never want to go back. There is no really good salad chain anymore and you're honestly probably better off getting a salad at "The Mill".2. The chicken tasted rancid. Awful weird texture and just gross. I had to spit it out.3. My salad had other ingredients that were cross contaminated (carrots in a cobb salad).4. Overall, dehumanized sterile experience that is not worthy of anyones $.

Let me start this review by saying that the whole experience at this location was extremely disappointed. I went to this location to grab a salad a record some videos. The whole place was empty and the manager named Marco told me I wasn’t able to, that I wasn’t allowed to record the place when I was making a TikTok video. Do you even understand that I am doing you free publicity by doing this? He didn’t give me reasonable reason why that wasn’t “allowed” but made the whole experience horrible. The only good thing about this place is the “aesthetics” and you’re not even allow to do a video. Costumer service is a joke, never again. Thanks.

After spending a week in New York we are happy to have found this restaurant. Indeed, it’s difficult to find a salad at a fair price here…We ordered a make-your-own salad and a wrap and both were great! For $30, 2 of us ate.

It’s insulting they to call the heaps of mostly lettuce a salad! I ordered a sesame ginger chicken salad and boy do I regret going to this chain. I got very minimal toppings and and mostly lettuce( mind you the romaine was not fresh and I had to pick out some bad pieces), big waste of money. For context this salad was supposed to have brócoli, chicken, carrots and pickled onions. I have attached a picture for proof, grab your magnifying glass to find the toppings. Go anywhere but here. Not worth 20 dollars!

I do enjoy my salads here -- very convenient to order and pickup.However, when I pick "LIGHT" and "REGULAR" on the dressing, it always seems like I'm getting the same amount, which is a huge pet peeve of mine. The salad comes out very soggy.I’ve attached a picture of my salad with LIGHT dressing.

Chopt has returned to the East 50s, and is much improved. You can order online, and your order will be waiting for you (you just dash in, pick it up off a shelf, and dash out), or you can order at a kiosk. So there's no line. There is a good variety of salads, healthy meals, etc.; it's basically like Dig Inn (but without Dig Inn's dirt and chaos). After 10+ years of Dig Inn nearly every day (except during the pandemic), I switched to Chopt and am happy...and healthy!
