This particular location is HORRENDOUS. They never pay attention carefully or listen to an online order at this 56th street location. I just received my 5th mistake in recent memory, this time with a ton of dressing all over the salad when I asked for it on the side. I’ve tried being polite and I’ve tried writing comments in all caps - but there are still mistakes because there is not enough care on the part of the staff. Inexcusable for a $25 salad. Cmon

I've never left a review on a restaurant before, but I felt like I had to for Chopt. My company has placed two group orders in the past month and both times my salad has been horrible. I ordered the Summer Seasonal Salad and it was terrible for many reasons. 1. Very little chicken 2. All of the blue cheese in the salad was in a big clump so there were a few bites that were almost entirely blue cheese, at one point I resorted to just pulling the whole clump out the salad and throwing it away. It made the salad inedible. 3. Absolutely drenched in dressing and salad was not fresh. This could have something to do with it being in a group order, but if that's the case I'm sure I'm not the only person this has happened to. What they should do is pack the dressing separately and let the customer put it on themselves. Imo Sweetgreen is 100x better.

Outside of the price for extras, Chopt doesn't disappoint. The amount of options and freshness is uo to par. I stick with the sesame dressing but others are good. Only thing I wish is that their olive selection was larger.

I ordered a Kraft salad with spinach, arugula, egg whites, chickpeas, dried cranberries, apple slices , blue cheese crumbles, grape tomatoes bacon. I got a bowl full of spinach arugula a tiny pinch of blue cheese,2 chickpeas, three tiny grape tomatoes, no egg whites at all, a few dried cranberries and basically nothing else. I also ordered bread on the side. The salad I received was horrible . The spinach was old and wilted the arugula was fresh but most of the other ingredients I asked for we're not on there and if they were it was only a tiny pinch and very stingy with the ingredients. The apples that I asked for on my salad turned out to be two little pieces of Apple that was not even as big as a shirt button. They charged a minimum of $0.79 for every one of the ingredients that they failed to include on my salad . Worst salad ever . I will not order from them again. They were very stingy and overpriced and they didn't even include the bread. They charge you for everything and include nothing. I paid $31 for salad and bread that was worth about three and a half dollars. I could have got a better salad at a grocery store pre-packaged. Very disappointed in this restaurant. I would not recommend them to anyone
