Anyone heard about proper customer service skills? This place got none! Anyone heard about being nice or etiquette at least? This place got none of that either! By far the worst staff for a business. Extremely rude. No concept of mindfulness. These type of businesses should close. Shout out to BBB! Deserving of zero star.

My best friend and I went to this shop hoping to get a nice refreshing drink after a long day work but as we were about to pay we counted our money together and the worker gave us a judged look. We were judged and mistreated, we hoped that wherever we spend our money we feel welcomed and appreciated but sadly we did not feel this at this particular shop. You should make sure your workers don’t give hostile energy. Thank you, I hope this can be a learning experience for both of us ❤️

good drinks and really fast service. i would advise against getting 100% sugar, 50% or 70% is plenty sweet. my favorites are the mango green tea and the lava pearl latte.

A good variety of drinks. The place has a smell, so didn’t want to stick around long. But the drinks were great at a convenient spot. Closes at 7pm, which is a tad early for me.

Went here with my work wife today for the first time. I'm def no expert on bubble tea. That being said I ordered the passion fruit green tea and it was so delicious! I don't drink sugary drinks too much so this was magic on the taste buds. The staff was very nice and kind. The place is a small spot but has that cozy feel. Will def be back to treat myself soon!
