First and foremost, this place is cash only!My friend and I entered on a chilly April evening and immediately ordered their Gyokuro green tea to warm up. I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty their veggie gyoza was (#2 on my top list for gyozas). They had a gingery flavor and did not taste like the basic ones you may find elsewhere. Now for the entrée, I got the vegan mera mera soba, and honestly, it's worth the hype. Delicious and savory broth with a great mix of vegetables complement the warm soba. Overall, a cozy vibe.We got the green tea affogato for dessert, and I don't regret that we each got our own. Pouring the green tea over the red bean, mochi, corn flakes, and green tea ice cream was fun to watch, and the tea acted as a flavoring for these dessert bases.

Food is great. I loved the dipping noodles, and tipped generously. My compliments to the chef. The place looks like a local favorite too and you’ll probably find a seat if you sit by yourself. There were several tables available when we done eating and having our beer and tea (after paying our bill) but the waiter just asked us to leave. Pretty terrible behavior personally.

CASH ONLY!!The soba is really good. I’m not a big soba fan but I really like the noodle, and the seasoning is the right balance - flavorful but not too salty.

Super cute ramen spot with a ton of veggie options. I got the dip soba and it was delicious and also made eating it fun. It was nice and hot to the very last bite! This is definitely now my go to spot for ramen and noodle soup!

1. The food is decent, I would only recommend the soba and nothing else. The Stamina Don is not a “Powerful Bowl Dish”or “Gut-Busting, it is bland and not spicy.2. The portions and taste of the appetizer was not worth the money to try.3. The service was excellent, they rearranged the seating for our large group in a small restaurant.4. The atmosphere was nice and homey, on busy days it can become crowded.

Don’t think I’ve ever seen so many veggie options at a soba/ramen spot! Got the vegan maru maru soba which was creamy, spicy, and delicious. Table loved all their orders and finished the meal with hot tea. Ambiance is also great and I can’t wait to try everything else

Can't say the food is bad, it's definitely not bad. But also I can't give 4 stars because I have already given 4 stars to great restaurants. The foods, services, atmosphere everything are above average, better than okay but ultimately not great. Plus, they accept CASH

One of the best ramen I have ever had!We tried the Vegan Ramen & the Vegan Mera Mera Soba.If you like some spice in your life and want to feel some zing then don’t think twice. Just keep some cash in your pocket and order the Vegan Mera Mera Soba (it’s damn good!)If you prefer less spice, go for the Vegan Ramen. It is also really good. However, for me hands down it’s Vegan Mera Mera Soba. And yes, don’t forget to carry cash (cards not accepted)Vegetarian options: Lot of Vegan options available

The food was simply amazing!!! I love their Katsu sandwich! It was crunchy and meat was juicy! I tried the curry dipping soba and it was delicious. You taste the firmness in the dipping soba.

We had veg gyoza, stamina dip soba, and the mera mera warm soba. Food was flavorful but i found the soba noodles to be disappointing, maybe I’m spoiled by Soba-ya and the other places over by 9th street. Cash only with a $3 fee at the ATM was annoying.
