Great location for the NYU students. They serve coffee from the beans roasted by Colombe. The two staff behind the counter were very nice. Overall, the place has a clean interior. The food is decent here. You can either get pastries for your coffee or have a small lunch like spinach pie.Parking: Hard to find parking hereKid-friendliness: Bring the kids

Nice, regular place for pastries and sandwiches. Limited space to sit. The staff was friendly!?I had the savory one with cheese, egg, and spinach in it, and I recommend this one a lot. There was a crispy layer on the top with soft bread at the bottom.Bomboloni was ok. The taste was a little bit dull but eatable.

Cute little coffee shop with a definite student vibe. The coffee is delicious and the staff are very friendly. A great find.

Coffee is fine, people are nice, but a bakery/coffee shop without a bathroom (and spotty wifi) is silly. Good for pick up and go, but tons of better places to stop and post up in the area.

I stop here on my way to work for the croissant egg sandwiches ?‍??

Nothing I hate more than coming to a place after looking them up online, checking their reviews and hours of operation - and discovering that they're closed, an hour before their closing time, with no apparent reason or explanation. Hope that they update Yelp and Google with their actual operating hours and that I get a chance to actually come in and hopefully change my review

Expensive, the coffee is bitter, the tea is bitter. I went several times because it was convenient, and the baritas were barely polite. I am always disappointed.

I discovered Colomba through the Too Good to Go app and it is the best find by far. So, good, that I’m writing this review while eating the last bit of the most delicious savory pastry - it seems to be focaccia bread (thinner than normal) topped with an egg, cheese, fresh cooked spinach, and, the part that made it irresistible - puff pastry on top. I took it to go and reheated it in my air fryer over at 400 for 1 min and it was crunchy along the edges, puff pastry perfectly toasty and flaky, and the rest flavorful and soft. I also toasted the banana bread I received in the air fryer - delicious crunch edges, soft inside, and lots of nuts. With lots of coffee shops trucking their pastries in, Colomba’s pastries show the extra care they take - I imagine this will become my go-to place for pastries and sandwiches (not to mention coffee!).

Cute coffee shop/spot for tourists and locals as it’s sooo close to Washington square park. They have a good menu and a lot of innovative coffees .. I saw pistachio milk and extra virgin oil coffee .. good to dine in or take out (walk a block to park to enjoy the coffee). They have water and lots of tea also. I tried oat milk draft latte I would say solid 8/10.. definitely a Yay ?from me
