This is the kinda place to go to if you don’t know what you want when you walk in that you could potentially walk out with a little bit of everything. I started off wanting the bimibap and ended up with a very hearty chicken sandwich. I just love the concept that you can get a deli sandwich, choose from a buffet, or even get sushi or a ramen bowl. Just do much to choose from including a refrigerator case of beverages and I loved it. Bravo!

Found 5 hairs in the sandwich, which is absurd amount of hair. Just disgusting! Complete waste. Won’t eat from here again.

Scam central! Just been charged $17 for a pack of chewing gum, can of coke and a mars bar! The prices are not displayed on the food either! Beware of the man on the till!

Incredibly rude staff that makes you feel uncomfortable- all for food that at best is fine, not worth the high prices.

Avoid at all costs!!! These people are huge scammers, the cashier overcharged me 3-4 times in a single week, and whenever I confronted them the manager tried to blame me for it! Their menu prices are literally for show only, they scam you and add nonsense charges sneakily so you don’t notice. For example, my family and I had a breakfast meal that should have costed 35 dollars, instead they charged $52. Many families In the hotel with us said the same thing, that they overcharge and scam you. On top of that, the food is HORRIBLE. It was cold and undercooked, awful service, only went here because there was no place open at the time. And also, many regular customers we saw also said the cashiers try to overcharge them multiple times, and they only come here because it’s close. Avoid. Only way to teach these people a lesson is if you don’t give them your money. You’re better off going a block over to other places, these people are rude and thieves!!!

Thief !Scammed several times in 3 days.Having to go there because the hotel sends us there for breakfast.Every day a different scam, all this happens in the aggressiveness of the cashiers. We go from coffee included one day which is no longer included the next day to calculation with the dubious calculator while having a cash register where we can see the price but it is only used if you have noticed the trick. Now let's talk about food.Bland, old, ugly, expensive, that’s how we can describe them.Omelette lacking salt or pepper and we have nothing to improve that then we also have the meats, they are cooked in oil and they taste like oil too.We will always have the same foods but just in a different physical aspect, from fried potato dumplings to fried potato dumplings the next day.The dishes are presented in trays floating in hot water to keep the heat. If only the water was hot.We also have the fact that we don't know the price of what we're getting unless we've gone to the checkout, so it's the big surprise once we arrive. I had the immense surprise, amazement of being able to eat 2 pancakes for $9, certainly New York is an expensive city but not necessarily knowing that the further away you can find better and cheaper in larger quantities .I've been having breakfast here for 3 days and every morning we hear new stories. I say “we” when talking about all foreign customers. Every morning the stories start again and the cashiers try with everyone and we hear everyone say that it's a steal. This canteen should be avoided!Following the response from this canteen:There were only 3 of us.So it didn’t just happen to us.Look at the previous reviews, they perfectly relate what I just explained.Best wishes.

This place is a not honest - my order was $10 and the man on the checkout charges me $17 on my card for goods that had a real value of less than $7. Welcome to NY and some of the desperate stores. Watch what they charge you, back to cash for me.

For daily quick snack or meal really great place most of the stuff for fresh and pretty cheap. I like to get the sushi just after they make it and it’s very fresh and pretty cheap, you can find all sorts of things juices, salad, bar, fresh fruit bar, homemade food bar, snacks, cookies, pancakes, just name itAlso, they have pretty big upper floor for indoor eating so if you don’t want to take it, just go up and eatVegetarian options: Basically, you can find anything for your choice even if you vegetarian or more than that because of the bar salad and the fruit salad and you can get anything

THE GUY THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE HERE SHOULD LEARN NOT TO HANG UP ON SOMEONE BEFORE THEY'RE EVEN DONE ASKING A QUESTION! SCREW THEM I WOULDN'T EVEN BOTHER GOING IN THERE IF THAT'S THE KIND OF SERVICE YOU GET OVER THE PHONE!!!Heading to New York for a few weeks in March family and extended family of 17 people, and looking for a breakfast place (fairly close to hotel and this was the place) so I called and asked a question and the guy was so rude I asked him a second question and he just hung up like a jerk. What the hell is wrong with these people that run businesses. If you can't run a business for the public and have a decent personality and offer customer service then you shouldn't even be in the damn business. Now after reading all the other reviews I know for a fact we will never go there. I was looking for a place to go every morning with the family for breakfast. This sure as hell won't be it. And they lost a decent amount of business of a party that size for probably 18 mornings. You do the math....AND IF IT WAS THE OWNER THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE TODAY THEN SHAME ON YOU YOU'RE A REAL JACKASS.

Trust me it’s not 24 hours. The door was unlocked; the lights were on and the guy was just sitting there but he said it was closed. Please change it on Google.

Got the chicken parm panini for lunch today... Typically panini's in any style are served hot. It came with fries and a pickle. Walked 5 minutes back to the office, started to eat my lunch and the chicken was ICE COLD. The cheese wasn't melted. What a let down. Place is nice though and from prior exp coming here I would expect more from them.

How this place doesn't have all 5 star reviews is beyond me. I eat here every day when in the city. Definitely best cheap eats in Times square. They have amazingly extensive and fresh fruit, salad and sandwich bars, delicious coffee and so much more. You can easily get a great meal with drink for under $20. My highest possible recommendation for a quick bite on the go.Dietary restrictions: There is literally something for everyone here
