I visited on a weekday afternoon because I was told that I could get the most delicious BURGER in New York.The interior is so cute ♡Order the recommended cheeseburger.My companion chose the Bistro Burger, which had a cheeseburger topped with crispy bacon.You will be asked how well the meat is cooked.The burger came out on a paper plate, and the cutlery was plastic.The buns are thin and moist.The meat is juicy.Pickles are so delicious!!French fries are thin and crispy.You can eat it with as much ketchup or mustard as you like near the entrance.There's a bar counter, so it's more of a bar than a bistro.Beer with a hamburger in hand was delicious!

It's a rarity in the U.S. It's cash only and has a simple menu on the wall.BISTRO BURGER 15.75/Fries 5.5Served in less than 10 minutes. An unexpected paper plate. An 8oz (230g) patty with cheese, crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. The buns were not cut until the end, so I ate them with random pieces on them. The overall taste is well-balanced, and it is characterized by being simply delicious. However, I didn't have a fork or anything, so the meat juices dripped down, which was a big deal.It is classified as quite small among American burgers. Recommended when you want to eat something quick.

Great little old school bar w limited menu.Bugers, fries, tots not many choices, but burgers are big and served on paper plates. Meat is very fresh and tastes like they made the patties themselves. The only drawback is cash only.

Pro tip: order the Mini cooked medium, as the regular-sized patty is way too big for the bun, and medium rare is way too drippy and basically disintegrates. Is it the tastiest burger? Not really...but it is memorable and I would go back in a heartbeat. Can't beat the ambience either!

Burger and fries were at room temp when they arrived at our table and had probably been sitting for a while. The tater tots were at proper temperature and excellent.
No frills burger place, had the mini and it was so good with a side of tots... How can you not love this. Keep in mind it's cash only, they have an ATM should you forget.
