The best food and drinks. Lovely location and such great friendly staff, especially Svetlina who makes the best cocktails. My personal favourite was the Espresso Martini, the best I’ve ever tried.
This restaurant is nothing like it is advertised. Low quality food, not an Italian restaurant and the menu only has a few items on it. It is not the menu linked to OpenTable. Seems like Cotto has been shut down and some other catering service is in its place.

Disrespectful communication, staff doesnt really care and the menu had many missing items. I don't usually leave reviews but this case deserved an exception.We asked a dinner room service around 9.30pm. After one hour we called to ask why our food has not came yet and they answered that the order was cancelled cause one item (out of 3) was missing. When we asked why they didn't call in advance they answered "you are not the only customer of the hotel".Even the personnel of the hotel was shocked by how rude they were.

I needed a receipt from my meal and when I finally got in contact with the manager after a week of not getting a response, he immediately started yelling at me and then hung up on me. I tried calling back a few hours later to see if someone could give me a name or number of someone else that could help me and when I asked they hung up on me again. I’ve never written a google review, but I have never in my life been treated that way and I think it’s important people know what they are walking into here. All I want is my receipt, I still don’t have it and I at this point I have no idea how I could get it. I’m still in shock at the way I was treated and I hope whatever was happening in that man’s life gets better because no one else deserves this treatment.UpdateI received an email offering help with getting my receipt after posting this review and after I responded I never heard back.
