Ambience was wonderful, service was great, drinks were delicious, food was lackluster. Something was missing. We found a few dishes without the proper seasoning, needing salt or acid. There were highlights- risotto was perfect, agnolotti hit every mark. Nevertheless, it was a good visit and we would love to go back when in NYC again.

One of the best experiences I have ever had in a restaurant, if not the best! The food was outstanding. We loved the scallops and rib-eye steak. Best espresso martinis I have ever had in my life! The service was what stood out the most, however. It was my boyfriend's birthday and it seemed like every person in the restaurant knew and came to our table and wished him a happy birthday. It seemed like they were reading our minds. They knew exactly when we were finished with our food and exactly when we were ready for the next course without rushing us or making us wait too long- impeccably timed. I was very impressed by the fact that the busser put my boyfriend's silverware down to accommodate his left hand- the attention to detail was so impressive! The sommelier/manager was also very helpful in picking out wine. I didn't catch our server's name but he was Colombian and very sweet, fun, and helpful with picking out dishes and navigating the menu. We had such an incredible time and will definitely be back!

We ordered around 8pm and received our meals at around 9:30pm. The food was great. The service was friendly but seemed stretched thin. We served our own wine. Perhaps there were staffing issues. The decor was warm and pretty.

Craft once again exceeded our expectations. The friendly and knowledgeable staff explained the dinner offerings and answered all of our questions. From the moment we arrived until the time we walked out the door (and we handed muffins for our breakfast the next day) we felt like we were well cared for.
Phenomenal dining experience! We had an early anniversary dinner here. Restaurant gave us personalized menus that wished us a happy anniversary. The level of service was outstanding. Our waiter's description of each dish was incredibly detailed. And his advice that portions were sharable was spot on. We would definitely dine here again!
My girlfriend and I both got food poisoning from eating here, but it was probably the best meal I've ever eaten in NYC. The staff are also phenomenal.

I think I dreamt about the risotto last night… we also loved the short ribs and definitely will be back again soon! The crudo and cabbage dish were just okay.
