Amazing place we actually visited this hotel in 2004 ....and will be going back. Amazing staff, amazing place we loved staying there was such an historic and amazing hotel. Looked up the history and was so interesting.
I liked it a lot. My stay was 95 nights long. I was there from the beginning, there was a lot of renovation going on at the time, the staff was always very friendly and completed tasks quickly, I never had to wait long for anything. The whole team was like family to me. Every day they try to give their best and are very eager. The location is the best in NY. Everything is within easy reach and you are in the heart of the city.
