Great burger, been back a couple times already! In my mind the steakhouse burger is a Shake Shack burger (where the meat is the star), animal style (a la In N Out Burgers). I reluctantly give it four stars only because the bun isn't great. The buffalo chicken sandwich is also great (again despite the bun). The two cookie shake was great!!

I was very excited to try Creamline with their new Hell’s Kitchen location opening within Gotham Market. Ultimately, the burger and the waffle fries were simply… average. For a place that burgers and shakes, that’s simply unacceptable for me. Sorry.The poppy seed bun was dry and tasted slightly stale. The double cheeseburger beef patties were also slightly dry. The sauce and the toppings on the burger really had to carry the flavor and texture, and were unfortunately too uneven to make up for the average overall burger experience… and for $14 for the burger itself (fyi the small quantity of waffle fries was $7), there are much better options that are a quick and easy door dash away (e.g., 7th Street Burger or ShakeShack)The chocolate milkshake was quite good, but I just can’t get on board with the cardboard straws - no matter how bad it is for the environment to want plastic.I might go back for a milkshake, but I’m going to pass on the burger next time.

I live within walking distance of this Creamline and in 3 weeks I've been there 3 times. And I suspect I'll continue frequenting Creamline at least once every 7 days. The food is outstanding and the service is at least 5 stars. If I could give them 6 stars I would. I rated them 3 stars for atmosphere because they're still in the process of decorating what is a brand new space. If their menu and service is any example, I'm sure I'll upgrade my review for there atmoshpere. Creamline---long may they thrive.

These blew me away a bit, they advertise that they have farm fresh ingredients and as a burger boy I can really taste the quality. Get the double cheeseburger you won’t regret it!
Top notch fast food style smash burger. I would 1000% order from here again. Tried the bacon jam topping which was a really nice addition. It was filled with big pieces of thick bacon. One order of jam is enough for 2-3 burgers. Also had the cookies milkshake which was perfect. Everything was really well packaged. I’m so glad Creamline is in the neighborhood!

The chicken sandwiches are phenomenal - perfectly crispy and delicious with excellent quality pickles and seasoned to perfection. The honey milkshake is outrageously good.Most importantly the customer service is unbelievable. They went above and beyond to remedy a DoorDash error with kindness, patience, understanding, and commitment to doing right by us.Can’t recommend Creamline enough!

The DoorDash courier forgot our second bag of food, but no matter. Nick, the manager went absolutely above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. They remade and hand delivered our food — wow, talk about AMAZING customer service. My roommate cannot eat seeds, he ensured that we got Texas toast instead of a seeded bun. Again, making sure we were satisfied.I’ve not even mentioned the food. The buffalo chicken sandwich was probably the best I’ve had, still crispy and hot after being delivered. The honey milkshake was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough…it may become a standard for my takeout experience. Bravo to the Creamline team. Y’all are amazing!!!
