THANK YOU!! We hosted my son’s 7th birthday here and it was perfect. Clara was so helpful in all our planning and so accommodating. The food was great with lots of selections for kids and adults. We also loved our coach, Enoc. He was fantastic with all the kids.Such a great experience all around!

$5.44/ cookie. The famous Chocolate chip & sea salt cookie, reportedly one of the best on the UWS. It’s on the pricier side but it’s massive and it’s very good. The touch of sea salt really adds something special to the flavor profile. They’re baked fresh, on site, several times throughout the day. This is nice because it means you’re not obligated to come in the morning to score the freshest cookie.I live right by Crossbar and I’ve liked it since it opened but I was not aware that Crossbar was noted for its pastries. I’m not altogether surprised to hear it though because any place that chooses to serve Devoción coffee I would, generally speaking, expect good high quality things from.—Pastries & Coffee aside: Crossbar is a wonderful spot. I really appreciate what they’re doing and what they’re bringing not only to the neighborhood but to the city. I’m not sure how many places like Crossbar there are in NYC but they’re not common. We’re lucky to have them right here on the UWS. Crossbar is kind of the ‘anti sports bar’ or the ‘unamerican sports bar’. In more ways than one and not just in the choice of sports they choose to show. It’s reflected in the aesthetic/ decor of the place, the food and beverages they serve and, yes, the sports that they show. All of these factors conspire together to create the kind of spot that someone like me would go to. Quite a feat for “sports bar”!Kid-friendliness: This is a family-friendly place.

I come to Cross Bar every week with my children. They like to have the cookie, "because it has many different flavors". Another thing that they like is the brownie, "because of how rich it is". My son also like looking at all the soccer gear on display.

Outstanding food menu and excellent coffee!Crossbar makes a great Americano or black coffee with Devocion beans, and the food menu is so much better than you'd expect for a cafe. You can really feel the care put into each dish, and the chocolate chip cookie is incredible.I love going here to work on my laptop; there's good WiFi, enough seating, two clean restrooms. Checks all the boxes :). But I look forward to coming back more often for their trivia and comedy events too!

They advertise the best cookie in NYC, and I agree! Best homemade chocolate chip cookie ever. Good coffee, friendly staff, spacious, great for soccer fans, of course! Just around the corner off of Broadway and 86th, much better than the fancy coffee shop on Broadway, don't miss Crossbar! (And I haven't even tried their food yet, I'm sure it's just as good as everything else there!)

My child attended a birthday party there during the winter. It’s nice to be indoor while having mini soccer there. There was a big screen TV for video games. The kids seemed to enjoy themselves very much during the activities. Nice place in our neighborhood.

Always a great experience at Crossbar! That grilled cheese is as gooey (and delicious) as advertised! I showed some restraint this time, but have dreamt about that chocolate chip cookie from previous Crossbar visits!

Very pleasantly surprised by this tucked away bar/cafe. I came here for a breakfast burrito this morning, and it did not disappoint. The burrito is filled with goodies and it's large enough to share, perfect for a start to a day. Later in the day the place gets more lively for soccer games and on Saturday they host comedy nights. Cool addition to the neighborhood, UWS was in dire need of a soccer bar.

Hidden in a store devoted to soccer related paraphernalia is Crossbar. I walked past the store a million times and never went in - until I did. I now frequent it often. Great coffee, good food, nice portions, in a comfy atmosphere. I totally recommend Crossbar. Definitely try the egg sandwich for breakfast/brunch.
