Curry in a Hurry is one of my favorite restaurants to hit on my way home from work. The combo just hits different, with elite hot food ready. Chicken tikki masala, spinach, and rice with naan is just too good to not go weekly or more often. None of these other reviewers know what they're talking about

Really great service, great price for tons of food! I really like sitting upstairs next to the window.

Worst place I ever ate from. Was visiting NY and was hungry so I ordered samosa to my hotel room thru Uber eatz. ordered samosa & aloo tandoori they only sent Samosa , First bite realized samosa was very cold , smelled bad and frozen from inside.Called them and told a bangladeshi sounding lady asked the cook and the cook just laughed 1000’s of much better options than stale frozen food. This is not bangladesh where you can serve any garbage and no one will complaint you are in US of A either adopt or SHUT YOUT BUSINESS stop risking costumer health just to make some money

Haven't been here for more then a decade. And unfortunately their food isn't any where as good as it uses to be. After all, it is an Indian restaurant, which you would expect very fragrant and tasty food. But my beef vindaloo was pretty much tasteless. But their chicken samosas are still very good and tasty. Their prices have also gone through the roof.

An inexpensive treat. The garlic Naan is really fluffy. Like eating a cloud. I always get Palak Paneer at every Indian restaurant, and theirs is decent. Had some Matar Paneer and those peas were really good. Fresh. Oh, but the upstairs eating area is sorta the whole fun of eating here imo. Unique place. Go.

Quick, cheap Indian food that is not spicy. Chicken tikka masala with 1 veg (saag paneer) with rice and naan is always delicious. Great for people who don’t usually have Indian food as it’s not as spicy. Been coming here for 20 years taking my out of town friends and introduce them to Indian food. Seating upstairs.

Hard to only give this place 3 stars, but it seems like it has slipped a little in both flavor and quality. It has been one of my go-to's for over 30 years, but this was my first time back in a few years and I was surprised that it didn't hit the mark like it did a hundred times before.Still good, but a couple nights later I had a Trader Joe's CTM frozen meal, and it was actually better.Could have just been an off day. I will give it another chance.

The biryani was just plain soggy rice with red pepper. And the rice was not even basmati.

Food is good, the naan is freshly made with your order and the buffet style counter allows you to customize what you're getting. A little dingy, but that adds to the charm:). The upstairs seating is unconventional, but is flush with windows and has a commanding view of Lexington Ave!

This is such a hidden gem!!! Whenever I'm in the area I always try to go... food is fresh and delicious. They often have special dishes as well. The samosas are a great snack to grab on the go. Usually busy around lunch hours but line moves quick.

What a disappointing experience.Very ghetto do not recommend.I really hope they do better. The tikka masala was lukewarm lacked a kick and was dry at best. The mixed veggies were drenched in grease had no flavor and were cold. The naan was fabulous. The rice was rice ;)
