Love the pastries and cakes from this bakery. Top notch. Maybe better than dare I say anywhere else in NYC for croissants. Their cakes are gorgeous and they always try to accommodate. So happy it’s in this neighborhood, esp. for my cravings.
Yes. Okay. You get what you pay for here. It tastes the way it's supposed to taste. Or "the way it tastes in France" if you prefer but there's no reason the "taste of France" can't be replicated here. It's not like it's geographically-dependent. If it's a question of ingredients rather than savoir-faire then I suppose all non-perishable ingredients could technically be imported. Anyway. I digress. It tastes the way it's supposed to taste.
