I rarely write reviews, but the user experience of eating at this hot pot restaurant tonight was really not good. . This was not the case two years ago!Not to mention that his hot pot base is relatively ordinary. I didn’t see anyone replacing the vinegar in the seasoning area for half an hour after I ran out of it. During the meal for more than an hour, no waiter came to ask if I wanted to add water to the soup base, or if it matched the taste. The paper towels were arranged nearby but no one collected them, and no one changed the plates. . After checking out, I asked for a receipt. After waiting for 5 minutes, there was no receipt. I was too lazy to ask again. I was only disappointed. We had no choice but to leave without waiting for the receipt. We were also very speechless about the service of this store.

Almost no service! Mandatory 18% tip! The food is not fresh and the price doesn't match the food! Won't go again! This is the worst hot pot restaurant in Chinatown!

First time trying hot pot and I was a bit nervous to try it but it was amazing. The food was spectacular and it filled me. Definitely worth the money and it served for three people. I would definitely go again.

Great place for hotpot. Contemporary interior with iPad ordering and food flavors were super authentic. We got the 2 flavor broth - chicken chestnut & normal spicy level. And let me tell ya… the normal spicy level was SPICY. This is coming from a group of Chinese people. We went for my birthday and they had a crew come out with fun signs, birthday music, and dessert with a candle!

The food here is fine nothing to write home about. When you check out the prices are much higher than anticipated. And the checkout is all in Chinese so you can’t read what you are being charged for. I would avoid. Won’t be returning.

For being slightly more expensive than the all you can eat (at $50 per person), had to ask for soup refil. Water never got refilled. Had to ask for serving spoons and slotted spoons. Only dessert are cut oranges. Just wasn't that impressed.
