The only saving grace was the server, as was friendly. The side of ranch was larger than my side salad, the burger was watery, the BBQ sauce tasted sickly sweet of alcohol, and the fries were cold.

I contacted them this morning after eating there last night. I thought they over charged me. However, I was transferred to Sagir. He was so patient with me. He address my concerns, ensured I understood, sent me my receipt to my email, stayed on the phone with me to be sure we go over the receipt together. He said if we over charged you ma"am. I will send you a refund no problem. Turns out I was not over charged. I really appreciate his customer service skills. Thanks again Sagir keep being the amazing person you are seriously. Kindness/helpfulness goes a long way.

I will never eat at this location again there was a hair in my drink and my order was all wrong the food was bland never again and the service was mediocre at best a complete waste of time especially on Easter.

Been to different BBQ in NY and never really had a complaint...until last night. Went out to eat with my daughters, 20 and 26. Although there was no wait, we were seated all the way in the rear next to the kitchen. I'm not a complainer, so ok. Waitress came over to take the drinks order, my youngest asked for a virgin daiquiri, they don't have virgin eventhough it's on the menu, so she asked for water while her sister and I ordered our drinks. She scans the QR code to see what other beverages she can have, "The page you are looking for has been moved or deleted." Okay...so the waitress returns with our 2 drinks from the bar and 3 waters and we figured we'd better put in our order while we have her, 3 orders of boneless sticky wings and different sides. The sides came out probably 8-10 minutes before the chicken so by the time it arrived, sides were pretty much gone 'cause we were hungry. As I'm eating the chicken, I begin to smell a weird odor and then I noticed people kept coming to our area and standing around. Then I realize we were seated outside of the restroom. THE RESTROOM??? I saw the door but assumed it was maybe a closet or entrance to maybe additional seating. Then another patron who was directed to the other restroom where she had to walk thru the kitchen, walked back to her party highly agitated exclaiming to her table that they were paying for their meal since she had just seen this disgusting kitchen. At that point, all we wanted to do was leave. I will never return to this BBQ ever again and the boneless wings tasted more like chicken breast tenders, not wings. I've had the boneless wings in Washington heights and those were actual deboned wings.

inexpensive, I ate there January 26th for my daughter bday. The food was awful the whole family became sick the next day like a stomach virus. I used to love to eat here never again.
