The food & the service were good. The messianic messaging was a bit unexpected.

I ordered catering for 30 from Kasbah and not only were they wonderful to work with, but all of my colleagues said it was some of the best food our office had ever had! What a treat. We’ll definitely be ordering again :)

Was having an okay experience with my wife until I found a razor in a French fry. Lucking I spit it out before swallowing but could have easily been hospitalized or died from dining out. Manager apologized and gave a $10 refund on the check.

This is the standard while other restaurants have come and gone. Deli Kasbah remains. Expanded menu from steaks, burgers, wraps, Israeli dishes. Good service as well. Spots can be hard to come by as any NYC restaurant may have. It's was our 28th wedding anniversary. We got a spot right in front.

Used to come her for the kebabs and steaks. Great takeaway. Very friendly. Invited to singles seders many times by them. (I’m Muslim but hey, nice to be included).

The homemade fries are my favorite, but their new crispy chicken sandwich was insanely good. So tasty ?

There were 3 of us, my wife, my daughter and me. We ordered an appetizer - chicken soup, meat soup, hummus and falafel: the chicken soup was reasonable and good, meat soup - full of spices, mainly cumin, so much so that you could not distinguish the taste of the soup, the hummus was reasonable, but the pitas were heated in the microwave instead of on the grill, so they were sticky and almost inedible Main dish: My wife ordered a schiff salad - it was good. My daughter and I ordered filet mignon with mushrooms. We both didn't eat the filet because it was full of fat, when we complained to the waiter, the answer was sorry that's all there is. The chips were wet and not crispy, probably fried twice and absorbed a lot of oil. At the end of the meal [if you can call it that] the shift manager came to find out why we didn't eat. After a detailed explanation he looked at us in amazement saying, sorry we don't have filet mignon we mistakenly gave you an old menu!!!! it's joke. In light of this, he gave us a discount of 40 dollars and charged us 202 dollars - 200 dollars more than the value of the meal.

My friends and I went for Thanksgiving dinner. Moment we arrived at 8pm we were told the kitchen was closing (maybe because of the holiday, but then 1 hr later another table was served). The tone used was not polite to say the least. Prices are ridiculously high. I'm not well versed on kosher prices, but still - $35 for a normal hamburger is crazy. We tried to bring our own wine, but it wasn't kosher so we couldn't drink it. We asked if they had any kosher wine, and they didn't. Finally, this might have been a joke but we were asked to say a phrase of the Torah prior to receiving dessert. Maybe one of the servers wanted a laugh. We sure are laughing after this experience. That's why I'm giving 2 stars.

First time at the restaurant, brought Mom in with friend from out of town. I am a new neighbor. Overall, we found the food to be way too salty especially the chicken soup. We also ordered a steak to share that was recommended, I forgot the name it was the one with the whiskey sauce, it was like a potted piece of meat not a grilled steak that one would expect from a steak house also salty but not as salty as the french fries which were in eatable.

My dining experience at this restaurant was absolutely exceptional. The food was exquisite, the service impeccable, and the ambiance delightful. Highly recommended! They have a picture of the rebbe. Which I found to be pretty dope. They have a huge steak called the moshiach steak. Think it’s off menu.Waiters are very polite and helpful. It’s a gem of a place. Not many like these around.

Kasbah is a very attractive room. I took a business colleague to lunch, and she had the Broadway steak and I had the chicken shawarma platter. Very tasty, both!

First of all the prices listed on the menu on the Open Table site are about 1/2 of the prices listed on the menu in the restaurant. It was literally at least double price-wise. it comes close to fraud. They also only had one steak available of the many they had listed. Other dishes were also unavailable. The steak was fair at best. I would not recommend this restaurant.
