Not the best experience here. Barista today was a bit sarcastic when asking for a small favor on my coffee. Not that serious tbh. It’s coffee.Good ambiance nonetheless!

This is truly a farm to table coffee place. It tastes fresh and the honey syrup is highly recommended ?

Great cappuccinos! The chocolate croissant had a weird lipstick after taste to it so not sure about the food, but would recommend the drinks! It seems like a popular spot for people to do some work in

The coffee is amazing and the place is very quiet. You can work, there are plugs, and the music is not very loud.

Not sure who is writing these Eater Magazine coffee articles, but I’m on the 3rd NYC roaster shop, and they are all below average. Perhaps Denver and SF are more developed in the high end coffee market, but this shop and Variety Coffee are both very average.Lack of options on the pour over; seriously this is NYC and I get to choose one espresso?Build out a bigger list of espressos.

For some reason I’ve frequented this place more than usual as of late, and I’m finally telling myself “no more.”The coffee beans are good at Devoción but the drinks are only as good as the baristas. For example, today I got handed a latté that weighed as much as a dumbbell, because the barista basically frothed the milk for two seconds and poured it in as if straight out of the carton. A disappointing $5.50 to the say the least, and had to inevitably toss it, because a 12oz cup of liquid milk can be quite filling, on top of completely hiding the taste of the actual coffee. Yuck.Oh well, it’s NYC. Plenty of other places that are fast and consistent, without sacrificing quality.

I had high hopes, considering it's featured in so many "top coffee shops in NY" lists. What a disappointment. Espresso served in a cold cup, killing it instantly, couldn't even drink it. Cortado awful too. Baristas weren't too happy to see us (even if it still was 50 min to close). Definitely don't recommend.

The milk was so hot / boiling that it burned the coffee and changed taste. Therefore not flavorful at all. I didn’t finish my

Cool, relaxed atmosphere. Small hot chocolate/oat milk with 20% tip ~ $8. Very crowded with limited seating around 1pm.

I love Devocion coffee, but the customer service is always terrible. Is like they are upset of having to serve another customer. Multiple times visiting this location, the experience is always disappointed. I now just order my bag of coffee online.
