Food looks healthy but the veggies and chicken protein I got were just way too salty which I couldn't eat. And broccoli looked like it was changing colors, not fresh or overcooked. Too much salt in just one meal just isn't healthy. Need to fine tune the salt level at this location. And this was my first time at this location. Plus it took 30 seconds for someone to actually acknowledge I was there, and no customers were there!

Did not expect the food to be tasty but it was. The place itself tho had a weird smell that took away from eating the food. But food además up for it.

I tried this place out for the first time today - really tasty and filling meal. And I like how their bowls have a great balance of different foods.

I originally really liked this place - great menu and seemingly healthy fast options. However, I was wondering why I wasn’t feeling great after a “healthy” meal, and after reading their nutrition facts and ingredients it is obvious. One bowl has the ENTIRE days recommendation of sodium!! The recommended daily amount is 2,300mg. The hot honey bowl has 2210 mg and the roast chicken bowl has 2290 mg.Not to mention the number one ingredient in all the dressings is Canola Oil.Please do better dig inn and do not market yourself as healthy food.

The service in this place OMG! Why oh why do you hire such nasty, cranky, people. I told the server that instead of grains I would just like the mac and cheese with 2 sides. The way she reacted you would have thought I tapped danced on her head. When I asked her about a particular vegetable dish, instead of telling me what it was, she immediately started spooning it in to the bowl. I had to ask her twice what it is exactly she was putting in the bowl and no it's not that she didn't hear me, she was being just plain rude!. The next server was in a bit of a trance. She just stood there for a full 2 minutes staring out into space before she came back to life to complete and check out my order. The food is good, but not so good that I would put up with this kind of service. It's not the first time the service has been subpar, but this was definitely one of the worse experience.

I have to Dig credit, I feel like they've completely transformed. I worked nearby a few years ago and came to Dig and I honestly thought it was straight trash. That is NOT the case any more. I think I've had Dig delivered 3 times this week and it's a great, healthy, tasty lunch option. I've been rocking the custom protein bowl with some version of sweet potato, carrots, broccoli and chicken. They also have this randomly delicious base of farro with butternut squash and celery. ALSO, they have this side called "Fall orchard" which is apples, grapes, celery, candied walnuts, shaved parmesan, parsley, lemon, and extra virgin olive oil. Every time I eat it and feel like dig is making love to my autumn loving mouth. I feel like it's what Tom Brady would have for dessert (since apparently his diet is no joke). It's tasty and sweet and crunchy without the guilt. Love this spot, def recommend for a health conscious, tasty lunch.

I love the food here and the service is one of a kind. I strongly suggest trying them out when you in the area.

Horrible experience! Workers have stank attitudes… very uncomfortable while dealing with food. I did try to inform the “manager” of my experience, and her response was even more disturbing! She went on and on about the stores status in reviews and how she “sorry” that I feel that way! My exact face was ?.What does the store status have to do with my uncomfortable experience. She continue to talk about some secret shopper experience. At that point I had to walk away because the conversation was going nowhere. Serving food goes hand in and with customer service! There’s no reason why I’m spending $15 to leave uncomfortable. Very u settling…Exact actions include:Not informing me of my totalNo eye contactUnknowledgeable of foodNo ask for a bagHandled food roughlyNo thank you and have a good day

Did a mealpal here, got the spicy meatballs, they tasted good but definitely gave me food poisoning. Currently at home from work today.

Customer service at this location is terrible. Walked in at 5pm to order take out. Not acknowledged or greeted by any staff who were walking by doing their respective jobs. There was a guy prepping food or something in the corner. I asked “are you guys open?” thinking maybe he didn’t see me walk in. He turns to me and gives me an attitude then says he will be with me in a sec. Takes my order and barely says a word to me. Clearly he did not want to be helping me.

Having 2 vegans with us makes it hard to find a spot to satisfy all in the family. Staying nearby we thought we try here for a quick meal. Concept was good and the choices looked great. We are downstairs and things went a little wrong there. Floors sticky, bins overflowing, tables disgusting and staff members who got stressy when we asked if they could clean them for us and told us to do it ourselves (we were pretty much the only ones in there at the time). Disappointing.

We come to Dig for healthy foods. But overcooked foods? Not healthy at all. This is not the 1st or 2nd time. Please improve your cooking skill.

You can never go wrong with Dig in my opinion. The food is always fresh and the options are plentiful. You can find something for even the pickiest of eaters. One of my go to lunch spots!
