Honestly, this was really good value for money. There’s a healthy variety of choices that anyone would enjoy, and the portion sizes match, or even outweigh, the price tag compared to other places around the area - except the fast-food restaurants nearby of course, but we preferred this as a nutritional option.Would definitely eat here again, particularly at this location as there is a charming park across the road.

There are many options you can choose. The only problem is that the meat (either chicken or salmon) are too salty. Maybe it is good when it is mixed with plain salad or rice but if you only order and eat the meat it could be too salty. I had to drink a lot of water to compensate that...

Great lunch spot alternative if avoiding fast food. Healthy foods with good taste. Not a ton of options, but enough to keep me coming back. The prices are decent (cheaper than Chipotle) and there is plenty of seating for a quick eat. If you work in Flatiron, this should be a staple.

The food is too salty. And the vegetables are burned, especially the Brussel sprouts.

Massive piece of plastic in food. Not only absolutely disgusting but a choking hazard. Sickest thing I've ever seen.

One of my favorite places in NYC for a quick healthy meal. You have several branches throughout the city. You choose a base with various toppings such as vegetables and/or meat. You can eat it on the spot or take it home/hotel.

I wandered in here yesterday night hoping for a decent bowl of food and I REALLY GOT IT!!!! I'm glad I went in when it was empty because i feel like it would be a mutual nightmare to be in here when it's busy not knowing your exact order. The brussel sprouts were real good I'm glad they're enjoying the type of "how about just add this to anything" type resurgence avocados and bacon have enjoyed, they're better suited to it. The lady at the counter had a lot of patience for me being hungry and confused which is vital in this type situation. A lot of customers in this specific neighborhood can be Devil People so you should probably give her a raise, you and I both know some time in the next month somebody in a fleece vest is going to say something unbelievably cruel to her or she's going to have to try to explain the menu to a family of French people who will only communicate by speaking very fast french and when she tries to explain she doesn't speak french they start speaking it louder and a little faster like that's the solve for this situation. She deserves to be able to buy a really huge bubble tea or an iPhone or whatever after that happens

I thought I'd never find cornbread in a restaurant to compare with my own but Dig did it. I'm from out of town--way out of town in Tennessee--and I make it with a recipe that's had about 75 years to be perfected. And somehow Dig made cornbread comparable to mine. Theirs has a bit of spice and sweet, where mine is more crispy and buttery and plain, but I'd eat either one in a heartbeat. And their $4 lagers around the clock are the steal of the neighborhood. Don't miss Dig and their cornbread. . .and the rest of my meal (and my wife's Tofu bowl) was excellent as well.
