Came in for a late lunch and was satisfied with flavor but slightly disappointed overall value wise. We ordered taro salted egg yolk bun and char siu pork. The salted egg yolk buns were crispy on the outside but not much salted egg yolk flavor and were on the smaller side. The char siu pork is standard with quality meat. If you don’t mind walking just four blocks up to Chinatown or order takeouts there, then it would be overall better value.

Hmm how to review this. Well, none of the dim sum tasted fresh; the dumpling skins were stale and gooey, and the steamed buns were soggy and mushy even straight out of the kitchen. I ordered beef chow fun which was fine, if a little salty and really small. Prices are astronomical compared to Chinatown, but you pay for the convenience of not having to haul yourself to Chinatown. It's a sparkling new restaurant so the interior feels very clean. Service is that typical hands-off approach, but I'm appreciative that they let us take up the table for a long time.

I was craving some Dim Sum one day after work and I googled Dim Sum near me, there were a few options around but they didn’t open until after 5pm so I found this place and decided to try it out! I went solo and saw other solo dinners too! It is on one of the side streets, but close to the Fulton Center train station if you don’t want to drive as parking is challenging in the City. They had a vast selection of items to choose from, but I couldn’t go all out as it was only me, to try more items go with a group,However the ones I selected were sumptuous. The prices for the dim sum and regular menu items weren’t too over the top.I am big on customer service so wasn’t too satisfied with the young male server who attended to me, but there was another older gentleman who worked there who was attentive and asked if I was good, probably because he saw me taking pics. He may have figured I was going to Review somewhere. So service could be improved.Food was good and I would definitely go back when feeling for Dim Sum again!

Awful service. Got here an hour before closing time and the staff were incredibly rude and appeared bothered by our presence. Called beforehand to make sure it was okay to stop by and they were fine with it so we were confused as to why they had such negative attitudes. Once we were going to pay the server, the person who l assume was in charge hovered over us to make sure we would leave a tip. Once we left the tip, they demanded 18%, yes demanded 18%! We had left 15% which I assumed was the standard but I guess not to them. They then argued with us about leaving more which was the last straw. If you're going to have the audacity to ask for more gratuity, at least have the best service to back that up. Seriously, I don't recommend it here. There was also a hair in our low-mein and we didn't complain about that but I guess I'll state this in this review.

If I could give zero, I would. Hair found in the lo mein. Service was trash. We were going to leave a cash tip, so when the waiter noticed we selected “No Tip” for the card we used to pay he then threw the card on the table. The manager then stood over our table waiting for us to leave a tip. Terrible service and etiquette. We still left something out of courtesy even if we wanted to leave nothing. The didn’t serve us. All they did was bring what we ordered and tell us that it was last call each time they came to the table. Before even getting up, the “manager” grabbed the cash to count it, then proceeded to tell us the “culture” is 18%. He said “did we not serve you?!” “Did we not stay open late for you!?” When in reality, i called asking when they closed and whoever answered said they close at 11 and the kitchen closed at 10:30 - we showed up by 10 and ordered by 10:10 latest because they told us at least twice it was last call.Change your hours if this is how you treat customers showing up in the last hour. Actually, just close down. Your food was mediocre at best - pork buns were trash, orange chicken from the frozen section, I’m sure. After everything, I would maybe go as far to say the lo mein was fine if it wasn’t for the HAIR found in it. When the manager realized they were in the wrong, then they wanted to rush us out and yelled “don’t come back”. They don’t have to worry about that.

Insanely expensive for average chinese food. Go to chinatown and get the same thing for 1/10th the price. You’re paying for the atmosphere

The food is great and the restaurant is EXACTLY the vibe and energy I expect and look for in a Chinese restaurant. Love coming here it’s very chill, easy going, authentic, and comfortable space to be in. Lots of space and the right balance of chaotic and calm.

First time in New york and came across this dimsum restaurant in the Financial District. The food was good and prepared fresh. The only thing I wasn’t happy about is the chilli oil, I was expecting a little kick of hotness but none. Servers are not that accommodating. The service is mediocre.Vegetarian options: Tofu, cucumber to name a few
