The food is good but the service sucks UNLESS you speak Spanish, of course. Most businesses fake it for the money at least. I came in to order and they don't make it clear whether you order at the counter or over the food... I went to ask at the counter where to order after standing there for about 10 minutes then I see them taking an order of someone who just walked through the door! When I questioned this, they all looked at each other and I was told, "I don't speak English." I had to walk out at that point. Please do better.

Absolutely love the Dominican steak sandwich. Staff is very kind. Given that they mainly speak Spanish they are very good at understanding my English, because all the words I know in Spanish are either dirty or vulgar.

One of the better Dominican restaurants that I have tried.
I ordered a lunch special through uber eats, which was supposed to include a quarter chicken, rice and and beans. The delivery man shows up with a complete different order and states this is what they handed them after i checked and realized it wasnt my order. So i give it back and he says he will return with the right order. As he’s supposedly doing this, im on the phone with them complaining about the order and tell them its coming back. They tell me they will swap it out. 40 minutes go by, no food…i call them, they dnt answer (because they have caller id) so i call from another number, the guy pick up and all of a sudden no hablar english. And then abruptly hangs up. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Do not waste your time and or money. Very unprofessional and they clearly dnt pay attention to the food they’re just handing off to delivery people. SN: the delivery man never bought the right order back so i hope he stole it. :) and i got my refund from uber eats so its water under the bridge.

Went in to get a soup, and Whoaaa the whole can of tomato paste went into this. The smell of tomato paste and the taste of tomato paste. Service is good but what can you do with good service when the food is bad??!?? Walked back to return it and get my money back ? smh. I think Sysco had a sale on tomato paste or something. Never again.

Lots of great variety of food all very delicious and affordable the staff were friendly and helpful it was pretty quick to order food and be seated and paying was a breeze I would definitely recommend this place if you need a quick bite in this area of Washington Heights.
